This is a pickup location. I had to take half of my order back tonight because it was made incorrectly. After telling the young lady at the counter that I still needed my pizza, not credit. She told me it would be 10 minutes. I thought great, prioritized! Nope. I chose to wait in the car because it was drafty since the door kept opening from delivery drivers. I came back in after 10 minutes and waited at the counter for 5 minutes for the young lady to come back from serving orders at the drive-thru pickup window. When she came back, she said it would still be about 5 more minutes. I'm not frustrated that the young lady was busy working two counters; what bothered me was that there were 4 people at the prep counter, one person boxing all the food, this nervous young lady working the two pickup counters and two random male employees just chatting away back beside the pizza oven. All that to say, I get home with one very hot correctly made pizza, the mistake pizza, and sit down to eat my originally correct pizza to see that going back got my husband a better pizza than what we were first given. Read moreI had an incredibly negative experience with management staff that was easily avoidable. I ordered off of doordash, and the app didn't let me choose a sauce base or add a comment asking for a BBQ base. When I went to add a comment/request for the sauce, the app prompted me to call the shop. I submitted the order, and immediately called the shop. I explained to the woman who picked up the easy request I had, and she stated she couldn't help because she couldn't change doordash orders. I asked if she could ask the cook to put BBQ sauce on instead of marinara, bypassing the computer, and then her manager came on. I explained the situation again, and he also refused to make the change on the grounds it was a doordash order and he couldn't change the order in the system, so at the end of the month the BBQ/marinara sauce inventory counts would be off and he could lose his job. He said he was "unwilling to do that for a single customer", because it would jeopardize his employment. I hope his manager sees this and his ridiculous excuse. His lack of professionalism and customer service should jeopardize his employment. I had to cancel the order, and I will never order from this location again. Incredibly...
