McDonald's — Restaurant in Greene Township

Ok this mcdonalds is absolutley pathetic. The other evening i went to this store scotland mcdonalds by the chambersburg mall and had very poor service. The red head girl with glasses is a joke for one. Very rude. Couldnt say her name because there was no name tag on her. She was not wearing a hat. She was extremely so rude to her coworkers. I placed my order inside the store on the touch screen menu because i stood at the register to order for 10 minuites and no body came to the register. After i had placed my order the red head girl woth glasses working at night called my number laid my bag of food on the counter an before i even made it up there she rushed away. Didnt ask me if i needed anything. So AGAIN i waited 5 minutes to ask for some salt and ranch. As well she was very rude about it and disnt ask if i needed anything else before rushing off. Now tonight on January 15 i went to McDonald's to grab a quick bite to eat at exactly 10:45 pm and the store was closed? Ok well the window says 11 pm is when they close and online says 1 am. So i sat there. Signs still on and waited to order. No one answered on the ordering machine. So i pulled up to the window to check times and it says 11 pm. Again it was only 10:45 pm at this time. Very disappointed and discusted with this mcdonalds. Its a joke. Food isnt the greatest either because passed two times my boyfriend and i got from there the bread for the sandwiches were dry and not...

The food was good, the service was fast and friendly. The cleanliness would make Ronald McDonald grimace and think that the place was hit by the hamburglar. Even Mayor McCheese and Officer Big Mac would be in disbelief.

We visited this location, store number 11802 in Chambersburg, PA, on June 23rd, around 7:30 pm. We order from a kiosk, which is the only way nowadays. We did not get a receipt because the machine was out of paper. After ordering, I noticed how dirty the seating area was with napkins, straws, receipt paper, and fries on the tables and floor. My wife and I sat at a clean ish table, but it was obvious that the table had not been wiped down as there was ketchup smeared on the table. I will say the drive thru was busy, and there were two other couples inside the dining room, but this wasn't a lunchtime or dinner time rush. As we left the restaurant, we saw a trashcan on the exterior filled to the top with trash.

The good: fast service, friendly employee who brought the food to us, clean bathroom (female's, I didn't use the men's room).

The bad: no receipt from the kiosk

These people can’t seem to get anything right. No matter how many times my family and I come here (not very often, believe me), there’s always an issue with the order. With our newest order, they completely forgot our happy meal. When having to go inside, they accused us of wanting free food. Once that was resolved, we realized the McDouble (which was at the bottom of the bag under everything in a container) had CHEESE on it which we ordered with NO cheese. Having to go back inside a second time, the girl up front thought everything was funny. She took the food that was wrong (which they aren’t supposed to do). The manager comes over with a pen and paper to write the McDouble order down to make a new one and they STILL couldn’t get it right.. it had mustard on it when the order said NO Mustard. The manager was not apologetic in any way possible, made us feel like we were in the wrong on everything. The manager also argued that things ordered on the app would not be honored because “that shouldn’t be right”. (The happy meal on the app was able to choose an extra fry).
