Casey's — Restaurant in Greenfield

My experience today was horrible with your cashier Joyce. She was such a negative Nelly and proceeded to make me feel like utter crap just bc I was here paying my rent bill. Kept saying it didn't work or hasn't been for everyone else ... like she didn't even want to ATTEMPT to make my transaction...I said well can you please try bc I have to pay my rent then she says people were paying the same amount yesterday bla bla bla...when my rent changes each month due to utilities I clouded which vary each month so I found that to be just a blatant lie to get me moving along somewhere else. I asked her when the machine quit working these kind of transactions due to me never having an issue here each month and diff workers have been very nice and not condescending like Joyce. Hopefully her superior will counsel her on better customer service skills and not trying to get out of counting 1400 dollars when I did the counting for her anyway!! 2x. Then she says we'll look it worked. Save your LIES for someone...

The food is really good most mornings, best pizza I've had from a Casey's came from this store. My issues come with management. During multiple visits I have witnessed customers grabbing cigarettes off the back wall, which is against the law. My last visit, there was an employee in the kitchen with an uncovered beard and long hair, which is a health safety concern to me. The manager on duty, Taj, comes across as hard to approach and kind of rude. If I had any questions or needed assistance, I definitely won't be asking the manager. Savana the kitchen manager was friendly, quick to answer my questions, and acted professionally, I believe she made my food and it was very good. Unless you like being lied to, I would advise elsewhere. Staff told everyone that the ovens were down, so no one could order/pickup any hot foods (including pizzas). Called and spoke to management and she confirmed that the ovens were never down. Staff just didn’t want to cook.

She apologized then offered me a free pizza to make up for it. Once I walked in for pickup, no one had any clue on what I was talking about.

I just moved to the area and I will be sure to stay away from this place.its a shame too, because I really like their pizzas. Guess I’ll give my money to...
