McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenland

Seriously the worst McDonald’s in the area, I live so close so when traffics bad I usually settle but this visit was by far my last. Plenty of workers, yet you will still find yourself sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes No matter your meal. I ordered bacon on my burger, no ice in my drink (Made that part pretty clear) and a medium fry. Made sure to read it all back and saw everything was correct, and whaddya know, No bacon, More ice than drink and about 10 fries in my medium. The workers are extremely rude and will roll their eyes at a smile, and the manager?? Screaming his head off at all customers who’ve lost the slightest bit of patience with his store, I watched him go person to person outside and heard nothing but his screaming. Oh and don’t even expect the ice cream machine to be working, was down the ENTIRE month of march, ya know, the month where they’re Supposed to sell shamrock shakes. I don’t think any of their employees have been trained at all but Don’t You Dare take that up with the manager!! And don’t even try to mobile order to avoid this all, they won’t receive your order until you walk into the building, I work fast food and that is never Ever an issue, I’ve gone to every McDonald’s in the area and it is never an issue, the second you ask them why they snap at you like this is completely normal and you’re supposed to just know and accept this. On a Saturday night I stopped in @ this McD's due to the TA Country Pride Restaurant across the st was closed as of 2030 hrs due to a "Chef whom had Called Out" 🙄😲 & was Politely assisted by both Emp-Anna👍 & Mgr-Logan👍. Being only 2 people On Duty, they were both going about their job with ease & precision which resulted in a Smooth Process in my opinion. It was not a big deal for me to assist by cleaning up around the Napkins & Soda Fountain Area as I appreciated the Good Customer Service, my Food Order being correct, hot & given to me in a Timely Manner👍🤝. The next day(Sunday morning) I decided to go back for Breakfast as in the Big Breakfast w/Hot Cakes & yes, just like clockwork, I was again Pleasantly Surprised, this time by Emp-Christine🇺🇲⚽🇧🇷 & her other 2 Co-workers as she again did a Carbon Copy of the previous night-Awesome Customer Service & Good, Hot Food👍. Since I was a kid my Grandmother 😇🙏 would occasionally TREAT ME to McD's & to this day, 9/10 Times they ALWAYS get it right. Thank you to Mgmt & the Teams @ this one as well as the other McD Locations for what you all do each...

So done with this place. I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do it's either this one (greenland)or the Exeter location. The Exeter location, which I've been to more, has been great, I don't think they've ever made a mistake on my order. This location on the other hand has consistently made errors with my orders, I would say upwards of 60% of my orders are in some way incorrect. This is not on the person talking my order either, I check the screen and receipt, my order is always taken correctly but the person bagging my order sometimes throws in a seemingly random item in place of one of the items I ordered. I normally would not complain about mistakes with food orders, we're all human and we all make mistakes but this many errors in the span of about 5 years...
