I will never order from this again! We (as a company) have been ordering from that place for Months with orders that were well over 100.00+, 2-3 times per week. Today we ordered and 2 of the salads were incorrect. Essa who said he was the owner and then changed his tone and said he was the manager is RUDE! I don't see how he is able to work in a customer service setting. He basically called me a liar when we called back to try and make the order right. I had 3 people witness me making the order and knew that it was ordered correctly. He then tells me that he will just bring me some "chicken" to put on the salad, that already has dressing on it and will be soggy by the time he gets here. On the 2nd salad, it was only supposed to turkey on it. They put ham and pepperoni on it, ESSA tells me that it is turkey in the ham and pepperoni so deal with it! and Hangs up the phone on me. He calls back and says the owner said remake the salads. He then come back to the school yelling in our Front office saying that they will never deliver to our business again! No worries ESSA... we won't be ordering from there anymore either!!! Please save you money and go to a place that actually cares about...

It has always been something everytime I order but tonight took the cake!So I waited an hour for my food get the food and my order is wrong!Call to let them know my order was wrong a woman answered the phone very polite said the man taking my order wrote it down wrong and that she would send the correct order right out!I stay about 7 minutes from the Groometown location!However it took another hour to receive my order!Called when it had been 45 minutes into waiting the man that took my order answered the phone.I told him that I was still waiting on my order and that I shouldn’t have to pay for them.He begins to laugh and say oh no we don’t do that here it was a mistake and we fixing the mistake.I said sir that is not how you do business this isn’t a laughing matter I’ve been patiently waiting and it was your mistake.He just kept saying sorry but no he wouldn’t even listen to the point that I hung up on him!I will never ever order anything from them again!They have officially lost...

I've ate here plenty of times before and the food is really good don't get me wrong, but I've had two delivery experiences from DoorDash in which my order was wrong. I don't eat beef much, so I usually order the chicken philly. The first time I ordered food from them on Doordash I recieved steak instead of chicken. I bit the bullet and ate it because it's not that big of a deal plus they accidentally gave me an extra order of fries, wrong sandwich but double the fries 🤷🏽‍♂️. Today, I ordered again through Doordash the same exact thing but I added a half gallon of sweet tea. This time, I got the correct sandwich, no fries and instead of a half gallon of tea, I got a half gallon of some super watery lemon drink (tastes like the syrup in the fountain drink ran out, water with a hint of lemon flavor).
