Starbucks — Restaurant in Greensboro

I am very unhappy with the recent service provided by this starbucks. i walked in this morning shortly after 6:40 and walked up to the register and the lady told me she was closed “that’s why her lights are off”. the hours of this starbucks are 6am-7pm. there was a sign with the hours right in front of me as she told me this. I asked her when she thought it would be open and she said probably another 45 minutes. I haven’t been to this starbucks in a couple months due to the poor quality of the drinks (i’ve had to ask them to remake it a couple times) and the way they have treated their customers. i used to come to this starbucks quite literally everyday, i knew what i liked and what i didn’t. once these new workers came along i have not enjoyed a single drink nor my experience. this was a very poor one as i came back to give them another try. this has made...

I am not a big Starbucks coffee drinker. The only reason I ever go to Starbucks is when my sister gives me a Starbucks gift card. Recently I visited the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter on West Gate City Boulevard and I was pleasantly surprised, I must say. Look, for my taste, the coffee was a bit too strong but it was still pretty good coffee. I really liked that they had rich creamer and every kind of additive you could think of like cinnamon, caramel and different things there to add to your coffee and they actually had the Whole Earth sweetener. I used to go to this Starbucks at least 3-4 times a week. Recently I haven’t gone much because of the lack of staff and poor quality service from the new workers. This morning I walked in and the barista was in there talking to her coworker and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. After about a minute-2 minutes later she came over and didn’t speak a word to me. i started ordering and I always try to be polite and then when she made my drinks, she still proceeded to not speak. she put them down and i loudly said thank you, yet still no response.
