I use to enjoy eating here, the sandwiches were good, and I love the pickles as a side, but recently this store has dropped the ball.
It all started with me placing an order for delivery on their website, then I got a call about how they didn't have a driver. I told them to void my order, and I called the JJ corporate customer service line. I was informed that the store should have disabled the delivery option on their website, which is standard procedure. They did not, so they got in contact with the franchise owner for the Greensburg store. He emailed me not long after apologizing, then told me "I'll place a $20 credit on your phone number, when you call the store, the cashier will see the credit and ask if you want to apply it." This was great, a sensible, professional response in a timely manner.
However fast forward a week or so to today, I called, they had a driver, so I proceeded to order. Great, right? Well at the end of the order when I asked about the credit, they said that they did not see one. So I emailed the owner politely asking what was up, and he basically said, "I'll check tomorrow."
This is unacceptable, I've worked food service for 7 years, and general customer service for an additional 7. I know that he can make a phone call to his manager on duty, and tell them to ring the order and send it as compensation for their mistakes. Every manager in a fast food restaurant can do that, it's standard procedure.
So far I've gotten no additional response from him after I told him this.

Before Monday, April 15th we had strictly ordered from the Jimmy John's app itself and had stopped because the last four orders had been, "We canceled your order because we don't have a driver." However, this last time we noticed they were on Doordash and assumed that this meant a Doordash driver would be assigned to the order. Nope. Instead, they called from a personal number and were once again, rude about the situation. The order was canceled, but we never received a refund.
