Mediocre, ordered a burger which was decent except they didn't ask how I wanted my burger cooked. It came out well done and pretty dry. Initially I hadn't asked for any condoments aside from mayo but after a bite I had to add ketchup.

Lettuce was decent, cheese was good decently thick sliced, the bacon I don't know if it was bacon. The bacon was very flat and way too crispy making me think it wasn't made fresh, like it came precooked. Onion rings were watery in the center and the breading not crunchy. It seems like it was fried in a rush. I would have been enthusiastic to give them more time to prepare the food if they needed it.

Chicken strip breading was a bit thin and soft, not crispy. Fries are good, very big and crinkle cut. When I arrived I had no clue what to do, there were no signs with instructions. No "Wait to be seated" or "Please take a seat sign". So I just hopped in a booth and hoped they noticed me. When paying for the meal 3 staff passed me up and I ended up waiting quite a while to pay for the meal.

Booths sit at a 90 degree angle, uncomfortable with minimal padding and cramped with a small table. There was exactly enough space for two plates across. Lastly the placemats and menus are littered with ads, first time I wished I had adblock off the computer. It made the menus look cluttered, but I understand it...

We visited on Saturday morning a out 8:30 am . Our waitress was not good. Our food ordered came out in parts. Waffle out first. A full ten minutes later my companion got his omelette. Our silverware was not brought until after requesting it twice. I asked to speak with a manager and someone from the kitchen came out, at this point I still did not have the one egg and my side of bacon. I got those delivered while speaking with "the manager".Her response when I stated my waffle was now cold while waiting for the rest of my order was that she could make me a new one or take it off my bill . If I had her make me a new one, the egg would be cold. I said nevermind I didn't even want it now. As it turns out, the bacon and egg were already stone cold. Did either of them even seem friendly, or apologize? No . I get that it's busy , but there is no excuse for not apologizing for not bringing our food all at once. I see that they took the cost of my meal off the bill, however exceptionally poor service will cost you more in the long run , when customers don't return. Best of Luck ! We won't be returning. Which is sad because this place had a lot of potential to...

My husband and I do go to this place about once a month for breakfast. There are a few super good waitresses there and then there are some that are less than desirable. Today the waitress that served us was very pleasant and quick, but beyond that I didn't see even a smile on the other wait staffs faces. They were gossiping and being incredibly obnoxious with patrons and staff. The food was great as usual and the wait was not too awfully long once the waitress made it to our table. The inside could definitely use an update and a serious dusting as there were some spots that had almost a quarter inch of dust on them. It'd also be nice to see some more sanitary practices in the kitchen, like not allowing patrons to walk through the kitchen would be a start as guests are not wearing hair nets and there is a huge flu epidemic...

There is no finer staff, anywhere, no fluffier filled omelette's, no tastier sausage gravy, no better, anywhere! Delicous hot, endless cups of coffee to go with your entree... and the most delicious 😋 homemade bread ever! Altogether, the most generous of portions at Margos Cafe in Greenville, Michigan. The atmosphere is fun, lots of amazing cookie jars, a beautiful antique feel and look...I mean every theme! Absolutely the best value, no question.. you can expect every meal! Bring your family, all will love Margos, children, all those in wheelchairs, too! Closes at 3 on Sundays.

It's a town family restaurant. Which I get it's not going to be fast service which can be fine. The weird thing is the food. Like I got a southern omelet, the ham was sandwich ham lying on the bottom and not even fully through the whole thing. My sister got a chili dog and all the toppings were on the bottom, the whole thing was covered in chili. Couldn't even pick it up. I read another review that said good place for children. That only have 2 booster seats and high chairs so beware. The staff was nice atleast. But it's not somewhere we'd go again.

Everyone in our area knows Margo's. I've been eating breakfast here for many, many years. This place is a staple in our town. Best breakfast you will find anywhere near here. Fantastic staff and service. Come hungry! You will leave stuffed. Food is delicious- I love their homemade bread and the pancakes literally cover an entire dinner plate. Only drawback is it's a small restaurant and very popular, so come early if you're meeting someone and need a table. Especially for a large group. Almost always expect a wait. Definitely worth it though!
