We ordered at the Kiosk, which happened to be out of paper, so we were unable to have a copy of the order we placed and paid for.
The lobby was semi-clean, little bit of trash from the last few hours of customers is expected. Everything seemed stocked and the workers didn't have an attitude, at all, positive or negative.
The one young lady that did speak to us was polite, smiled, but you could tell she was rushed and had a lot going on. They all seemed to be rushed. Unfortunately, once I got our food, I had to ask for cups, and then again for a cup for the kids' meal we had. She seemed to be the only person really working the front (non-drive thru).
I noticed that our order was taken off the monitor, yet not given out - I suppose this is to stay within their "time window" so they don't get in trouble, however this isn't how it should be. Yes I've worked at a McDonalds before.
We did not complain about anything, even told the young lady thank you and to have a great night. We got home and there was no sauce for the 10pc nugget, which bummed me out as i love their sweet and sour sauce.
I understand it is a fast-food restaurant, but these employees deserve a little bit more grace. They struggle and are made to rush so hard that sometimes they forget something as simple as a cup to an order, or sauce! I believe this is how our order lacked everything it needed, the rushing!
The Rating I gave, the atmosphere was almost nonexistent, as I said we spoke to one person, barely, and only when she was handing us our food. There was little "service" between employee and customer, so that too isn't going to show a 5 star result. The food itself was good, only wish I...

11/11/25 edit: So, the owner wants additional information, but I can't leave it at the site they send me to without a receipt number, exact date and time, etc., as if I saved all of that. So, here's the additional information that was requested... The date was just prior to your response. The wait was entirely too long for "fast food" near lunchtime, but I could have lived with that without providing an unfavorable review had the food met a reasonable expectation, and that would have been the end of it all. However, the staff was too busy socializing with one another to "serve" anybody, the sandwiches we received were heavily globbed with cheap-tasting mayo and had the flavor of old grease, and the tomato on mine was greener than a gourd. Again, it was the sorriest sandwich that I've ever purchased from a McDonalds and I'm in my upper 60s. Thankfully, we were only passing through, so I won't ever have to ever eat from there again. Hopefully, the owner will now do an honest assessment on his business and make some improvements or adjustments that will benefit everyone else who has to eat there regularly. p.s. I ordered through the app for 2 collector cup nugget meals along with a few other things. After waiting a while i got what was suppose to be my order. I inform the lady that i was missing the collector cups and the 2nd 10 pc. I was given the 10 pc but then informed that they dont have the cups and that its my fault because i ordered through the app. While i was there 5 employees walked past front counter and not once did any of them greet me or the other 5 customers standing there waiting for service. I paid 11.99 plus tax twice for something i didnt even get. The customer service is something seriously awful and then to order something and not even get it the first time.. having to ask for stuff already paid for is shameful.
