I came to try it out based on the reviews and was disappointed. I Ordered a menudo and a shrimp cocktail. The menudo was flat, no flavor, the meat very chewy and had to ask for chopped cilantro, green peppers and salt. Is a standard to serve menudo with all three ingredients, all Mexican places do that. The shrimp cocktail was pretty nasty, the shrimp looked like if it was old and was chewy. So I left questioning whether people that come here and are impressed with the food, don’t really know what Mexican food really is or taste. Or was it just a bad dish I ordered? It’s not that hard to cook menudo and absolutely not hard to make a shrimp cocktail. Is obvious that this place uses very poor quality ingredients. Is a nice place to be selling these poor quality ingredients, at least in the menudo and shrimp cocktails that’s what they do. I do not recommend it and will never go back.

We recently ate here for lunch and it was an incredible experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The salsa was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the tacos were some of the best I've ever had. What truly sets this restaurant apart is the attention to detail and the authentic taste of their dishes. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes. I highly recommend Tortilleria La Norteñita to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Mexican dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

Waited over a hour for burnt food! LOOKS LIKE BEEF JERKY! If the cooks paid attention to what they were cooking then maybe the food wouldn’t constantly come out burnt! Then went back after seeing the food didn’t touch it and asked for a refund and was told by Gerardo that he’d only refund for the burnt food and not the whole order like I wanted! Trash place will not be coming back no wonder they can not keep employees with a manager like Gerardo. Would give 0 stars and will never go back rather take my money elsewhere.

The food tasted okay but they couldn’t seem to get my order correct. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of rice and guacamole. When I checked my order outside the rice and guacamole was not there. So I went back inside and told them and showed my receipt. They put my rice in the bag. I asked about the guacamole and the man insisted that it was in the bag. It still was NOT in the bag. At that point I was tired of going back in and just pretty much said screw it and left. I paid $3.95 for guacamole that I never received. Make sure you check your order and your bill before you leave the parking lot. The food is good, the prices were fair, everything is pretty much Ala carte and the employees were not necessarily friendly but not rude either. Just check your bags and ticket. Be adamant about what is supposed to be in your bag and...

Some people are afraid to bring their rich culture and unique flavors of different traditional dishes. Most people are afraid to even try them. This place here sticks by their culture and the many many Amazing artistic elements of flavor. Spice and roasted herbs and fresh green vegetation. The selection of different traditional meats, much different from the American diet. But the American likes of flavor dont venture as much as we should. The Lingua was cooked so amazing and was a simple taste of right. I'll stop there. The surrounding area is a small dinner space. But is usually as busy as a bee hive. Anyone looking for true authentic Mexican meals. Dont ever dare and pass it up. My good friend Dallas Schwab introduced this to me. Its only fair I...
