I’m truly heartbroken by the experience we had at this restaurant on Sunday morning. We came in excited to enjoy breakfast as a family, but instead, we were met with nothing but rudeness and negativity. The lady attending us seemed angry from the moment we ordered—slamming things down, making faces, and acting as if serving us was a burden. Even my six-year-old niece noticed and innocently asked, “Auntie , why is she mad?” That alone broke my heart. No child should have to witness such behavior in what should be a welcoming place. When my mother-in-law arrived, she immediately picked up on the same bad attitude. She simply asked for a plate of food, and the same lady served her with a clear look of frustration. My mother-in-law even mentioned it to the cashier, hoping for some acknowledgment, but was completely ignored.

It’s sad because the menudo was delicious, but the rest of the food we ordered was cold. Honestly, I didn’t even want to ask for it to be reheated—I was already uncomfortable with how we were being treated. No one should feel this way when they go out to eat. I understand that people have bad days, but if you truly dislike your job, don’t take it out on customers—especially in front of a child who doesn’t understand why someone is being so mean.

Yes, one of your cashiers on first register on this date Nov 12,2024 around 630 pm she was also sticking and acted as a manager position. She shirt changed me a $20 bill. Not nice! I gave her a $100 bill and my total was $19.56. I got back some change and 3 -$20bills=$60. It should of been $4-$20 bills = $80. This is very upsetting to a struggling family that can barely put food on the table. I will never shop here again and I will spread the word that this store is not...

Hoy fui a comer a esta sucursal y lamentablemente fue una gran decepción. El servicio por parte del personal fue muy deficiente; las señoras que atienden fueron poco amables y no mostraron interés en brindar una buena atención.

Pedí un platillo de bistec con papas, pero las papas estaban crudas y la calidad en general dejaba mucho que desear. Además, solo había salsa roja disponible, lo que limita mucho la experiencia para quienes prefieren otras opciones.

En general, todo estuvo mal: el servicio, la atención de las cocineras, y la disposición del personal. Da la impresión de que no tienen ni la actitud ni los recursos para atender adecuadamente a los clientes.

Espero que mejoren pronto, porque así no dan ganas de volver.
