Constantino's Pasta Bowls — Restaurant in Greenwich

I understand once in a while places get behind on orders and things get delayed, but this is now the third time I have tired ordering from this restaurant and never received my food. I order through uber eats as I get home pretty late, and tonight was now the third time that multiple drivers have tried picking up my food and had to cancel from waiting so long, before the restaurant cancels my order all together and I end up ordering from some greasy fast food restaurant because nothing is open after 9. This is frustrating to say the least, and I hope that they figure out how to fix it going forward to prevent other people from facing the same.

Update: I shouldn’t have to pick up the phone because your “restaurant” lacks the ability to work efficiently. But you’re right I’m the problem lmao. Rather than taking your anger out on me for bring up the issue on a public platform where personal experiences are written, how about you fix not only your personal issues, but your restaurant ones too. And I’m sure you’ll try and remove my review as you’ve tried before and with the others as well but I will continue to share my concerns. Want to get nasty with me and these other people? We were three friends who traveled almost an hour to attend a wake next door. To wait out the traffic going home, we stopped into Pasta Bowls after noticing it on the way in. The restaurant is small and very cute with clean white table covers and photographs on the walls. The menu was surprisingly extensive with much more to offer than just pasta bowls as the name might imply. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. We had two different pasta dishes, the butternut squash angle hair and rhe fettuccine alfredo. Both were generously portioned and very good. It was obvious that they were made to order and served promptly. We also had one of the chicken sandwiches which was also very good. The watermelon cucumber salad with feta was great as well. Despite being full, we ordered the butter cake for dessert to share. It was huge! It was a very nice light cake served with a scoop of ice cream and fresh berry spread. They even called next door for a tea, and someone came over to take my order for a super chai that arrived served in a very generous double walled glass mug. Finally made it in for dinner on 3/5/2024 and the food is amazing Staff is so nice and knowledgeable I meet the owners and they really care about their customers and the experience that you have there. This is my new go to place for sure everything is great the only thing I can say is WOW.

Went in so far 2 times for lunch and both times had a great experience The girl at the counter who I got her name afterwards is Amarilis is fantastic even though she was busy she acknowledged me and said hello and said I will be with you in a second she handed us the menu to look at and see what we wanted to order. The last time we ate there and she brought the food over to us and made sure we were happy with everything and buy the way with a smile. So he comes the food and it was just as good as the service. I work at a local car dealership and I told all my coworkers about my experience and told them to try it. Prices are reasonable also Keep up the good work and keep smiling...
