update October 2021: 3 years later from writing a review below I stopped by again after placing an order on the app to see if hopefully things have changed. I left a solid 20 minutes for them to prepare the order, I got there the lights were all off and nobody in sight except for other customers obviously waiting for their orders that they paid for as well. This place is a disgrace to the franchisor. What a waste of money and why didn't they turn off their online orders if they're not open?
I have held off making a review for many months, hoping things will get better, because the convenience of the location. I use the mobile app and have never NOT had a problem in about 25 orders. They are commonly either out of cups, bagels, straws, you name it. also I have been there more than once to find no one at the place to help serve the order. although some of the staff seems incompetent, I give the place two stars rather than one because the shift manager there is usually somewhat accommodating and also for the sheer convenience of...

I ordered a iced macha latte and mentioned i donāt want too much ice. He says abnoxiously, āthen why are you asking for iced drink.ā.
