Dunkin' — Restaurant in Greenwich

update October 2021: 3 years later from writing a review below I stopped by again after placing an order on the app to see if hopefully things have changed. I left a solid 20 minutes for them to prepare the order, I got there the lights were all off and nobody in sight except for other customers obviously waiting for their orders that they paid for as well. This place is a disgrace to the franchisor. What a waste of money and why didn't they turn off their online orders if they're not open?

I have held off making a review for many months, hoping things will get better, because the convenience of the location. I use the mobile app and have never NOT had a problem in about 25 orders. They are commonly either out of cups, bagels, straws, you name it. also I have been there more than once to find no one at the place to help serve the order. although some of the staff seems incompetent, I give the place two stars rather than one because the shift manager there is usually somewhat accommodating and also for the sheer convenience of...

Went there on August 19 @6:55 pm and was attended by one of the most unfriendly person ever. Clearly unhappy with his life. I ordered a iced macha latte and mentioned i don’t want too much ice. He says abnoxiously, “then why are you asking for iced drink.”. So, i politely explain to him that you guys sometimes out too much ice and i do not get enough drink as a result. He is shaking his his the whole time. I was still giving him benefit of the doubt. Then i politely also order ‘ dunking wrap’ and there was only one wrap on the menu ( i’m not a regular, so i don’t know, if there are others that are not visible in the menu). He says sir your have to be more specific as i have 5 wraps. i point him to the menu. I only see one that is named ‘dunkin wrap’. He points me to another wrap at the bottom corner which was not named ‘dunkin wrap’. He says bacon and others as well. I specifically had a menu item, named ‘dunkin wrap’ . He did not bother to turn around and look. Very unprofessional. Not fit for thee...

i ordered an iced matcha latte, i’m lactose intolerant and while i was ordering i was about to ask him if he could use oat milk instead, but before i could finish my sentence he said give me one second in a rude attitude and started making my drink. when i said i needed this to be with oatmilk he goes you didn’t specify when he didn’t even let my finish my sentence and proceed to blame me and said it was my fault. this is unprofessional, he is so rude. you should fire this guy if hes lazy to work. before i even ordered he comes to the counter and says can I help you really disrespectfully. i also witnessed him yelling at another customer “give me a second” cutting them off before they could finish...
