Look at my food, I was so hungry I couldn't wait to have the best pizza and meatballs!! Mr. Joe knows I'm a picky eater and I could have ordered something off the menu, yet I wanted to keep it simple this time. I LOVE THE LUCA's SANDWICH! I would use Vodka sauce added since it taste so good fresh every morning Greg making it.
Mr. Joe and his team are great people and make amazing food! I speak from two sides, as the client and as the employee! From the start of seeing a new pizza spot here, 5 mins away from home and I was in a culinary journey and sharing my experience, Mr. Joe opened his doors to my level of experience to start of his business back in April 2024. The well-organized kitchen, the cleanliness, the care of the team to make every dish taste amazing, the hours to make everything from scratch, ALL COMES FROM OUR HANDS, no cutting corners. This leads to the taste... what you just enjoyed eating. Customer service is respectful and playful at its balance. You got Ant making pizza "chezzy jokes" to Mr. Joe being formally polite with every client. The way they have grown and expanded in months is great and always getting better. As I shared with Mr. Joe, "Live everyday to become 1% better. Share your time with people that want/need to become 1% better. The world will then become 1% better."
You got Ant never failing the Pizza Oven, that guy is the definition of "if you can't take the heat, stay out of my area!" This man can push pizzas at it's perfection like no other man. You got Greg and Federico, working the stove and grill, and to see them dance around is a master piece like if they aren't even phasing the flames. I'm not sure who's working the salad and appetizers since i'm not there, yet when I was, I was creating master pieces and you look at it for the first time, you already knew this is the opener... WOW... I have to taste the main course!

Read moreNo Frills...straight to the point quality. Excellent pizza...(a mix of New York and New Haven Apizza). Pasta dishes are exceptional and the weekly specials are mouthwatering. The owner Joe is a certified trained chef with QUALITY being the most important thing to keep us coming back! All foods are made IN HOUSE...FROM SCRATCH! Mozzarella Sticks, Neapolitan pasta bites, Chicken Cutlets, FRESH PASTA, Chicken wings etc. Sandwiches are served as "Panuozzo's" (google it). Be sure to check out the ovens! Top of the line stuff! Chef use to own Meatball and Co in Darien where he cranked out different types of meatballs...now he's perfected them! Best I have had! Every now and then Joe is on the sauté. Read moreLoving this new Italian eatery in Greenwich! If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to neighborhood spot for pizza and Italian dinners. Such a great variety on the menu. We really enjoyed their Sunday sauce pasta! A lot of the recipes come from the owner's family, and the owner himself went to school at the Culinary Institute of America, so it's no surprise that this is such a great place. Great pizza, flavorful sauces, and you can tell everything is made from scratch. The quality of the bread and housemade mozzarella were great, and those cacio e Pepe bites were super unique! I definitely hope to come back on future trips...
