I just to get me a milkshake was asked to pull into one of the reserved spots for drive thru, no problem there. There was another vehicle waiting also. Employee bring the other vehicle what he thought was there order. Then brought me what he thought was mine. When I saw the dark color I asked him if this was the strawberry one. He said the ticket said Oreo. I told him I ordered the strawberry. He went back to the other vehicle, because they hadn't left yet. That customer had already put a straw in what they thought was their drink. The employee tried to bring me that drink that the other custome had already put the straw in. I asked the employee to remake it, because the other custome has put the straw in and could have also taken a drink. The employee tried to argue and say the other customer didn't take a drink. I explained that either way some strangers whose hands have been who knows where had been on the straw and asked him to please remake. A few minutes later another employee came out with a fresh shake and apologized for the wait. I explained to this employee that I was more concerned about the previous employee not understanding why he should have remade the shake in the first place and why it was unsanitary. Read moreComing into this establishment, I was expected to a warm welcome and a nice “hey welcome what can I get for you today” instead I got a sarcastic and sad “what do you want”. I was not aware that my form of payment was not going to be enough. Which I will admit is my fault. However, the way that the situation was handled was astronomicaly out of hand. My card apparently did not have enough (only a couple of dollars). The person which I would assume to be the manager already came up with the most attitude. The two people serving me very rude and didn’t have any sympathy. I understand that they were losing profit and product because I didn’t have enough to pay but they had absolutely no respect for me as a person and acted like I had came in there intentionally having no money. Read moreI bought two cake cones with a single scoop in each and was charged $14.27 for them. Unfortunately for me, I paid in cash and didn’t receive a receipt. I visited on Wednesday 9/27 around 9:30pm. The girl at the counter was a young blonde girl, probably in high school or newly graduated. I just got off work and was really exhausted so I didn’t think much of it until my husband said something as we walked out. Since he had eaten most of his ice cream by then we opted not to say anything but I’m still extremely upset and disappointed that that kind of scammy behavior is allowed in a place like this.
