Worst experience with a flower shop (if you call it that) ever! I ordered a candy basket for my son's birthday and wanted it delivered to greenwood school. Charged me $60. No big deal he's worth a lot more. Then I get a call from the flower shop telling me the candy container wasn't going to be the same as it was online. I said ok as long as it's suitable for a boy. Few minutes before school let's out the flower shop calls me again and tells me they can't deliver to the school. They offered to deliver else where but it to where he lives ( that's reason I wanted it delivered to school). On top of all that my refund will take as long as a week. Thanks for noticing me at last minute and not having anything on your website about deliveries. Never do buisness...

I live NorthEast and wanted to send flowers to my mother as a “Get Well” present. The lady who did my arrangement was so extremely sweet and accommodating regarding what I wanted. She made an extremely stunning bouquet and submitted photos before she had them delivered!!! She was patient and swapped things out when I wasn’t crazy about certain flowers. Not only, was she accommodating, she had them ready in about an hour! Because of her amazing customer service, her ability to go above and beyond, not to mention how stunning the arrangement turned out, I will continue to be a long time customer!!! I placed an order for flowers to be placed on my sons grave for his birthday. I ask they take a picture and text to me. I was assured the flowers would be there on the morning of his birthday. I waited until 7:15 PM for a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. I called and the person whom I spoke to was very rude. Very nasty to me and said the flowers had been delivered and sorry they were busy and could not send the picture. She sent the picture which showed the flowers put in the wrong place.
