Cafe Tamburelli's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Very disappointed by the service I recieved tonight. This would have been my first time ordering from this restaurant. Unfortunately the delivery driver was missing several of our items upon delivery. I am an essential worker with a husband who has a disability. I wanted to support a small business and order delivery to avoid going out to get dinner. The deliver driver debated with me and insisted that I did not order fries or sodas with my order, they also did not put the extra meat I paid for on my cheesesteak. The deliver driver said she was coming back to fix the issue. But when we called the resturaunt we were told she was to upset to bring our stuff back. So my options were to come and pick up my own stuff. The owner also offered to add a credit to our account. But we just wanted the stuff we ordered and we wanted it delivered. In my opinion this is bad customer service, and if I wanted to be my own delivery driver I would have picked up my food. I spoke with the manager and explained to him that this was unfortunate because I did not yell or disrespect the delivery driver. Sorry to say I will never purchase from them again. And I hope they get a delivery driver who can rise to occasion when there is a mistake made. We did not want free food or a credit, all we wanted was our correct...

First time visiting on a Wednesday night. We were the only family there. Family of four. Service was fast took our order and delivered our drinks. Food came out in about ten minutes. Everything came out except for my wife's stromboli. My cheese steak and two kids meal came out on time. My wife's didn't come out for another 15 minutes. We were all done by the time my wife started to eat. The food was good. But I would say this place does 90% pizza ordered. 7% subs and sandwiches and very little pasta dishes. And I can tell you that the pasta dishes are just ready made microwave items. My wife has happy with her stromboli. Minus the long wait. My cheese steak was good and my kids loved their spaghetti and chicken tender kids meals. The portions were big. Then they tried to charge us extra for the kids drinks when the menu says they come with the meal. The took the drinks off the bill and we paid and left. Overall experience was ok. It's your average restaurant. The decor is beautiful but service and quality fell short. I was a little disappointed. But I'm sure it's good enough if you just want local...

Two of us stopped by on a Saturday afternoon while in the area. We wanted something quick to hold us over until our dinner plans. They didn’t seem busy with only one other table in the front area. It took a few minutes for someone to come take our drink order and then return with them. The food took probably 15 minutes to come out. The cheeseburger was just okay, definitely a frozen burger patty. The appetizer sampler was disappointing with the soggy fries and gross jalapeño poppers. The only thing we enjoyed out of the basket were the onion rings. From the reviews, it looks like maybe their pizza is good? We saw another table’s cheesesteaks on the way out and they didn’t look too appealing. We have a pizza place closer to home that we really love, so I doubt we will return to...
