McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had, the lady that took my order was very rude and disrespectful, even though I was being nice. Asked for my receipt didn't get one, then they call orders out not knowing what my number was because I didn't have my receipt. Waited to see if the bag they put on the counter was my order and both lady's behind the counter was telling me it was my order. Looked in the bag and it was my order but it didn't have any sauce in it, I asked for some sauce and it was the wrong thing to say because they both argued that they put sauce in the bag but clearly didn't. Then the lady who took my order tried to tell me she would have to charge me for extra sauce, worst McDonald's I ever seen they should close the doors and rehire a whole new crew...

I had a Coupon for Free Hash Browns and Free Coffee with breakfast sandwich purchase . I ordered 2 Breakfast Burritos and Drive Thru attendant told me when I got to window that I couldn't use coupon because it wasn't a Breakfast Sandwich. What does he think it is? What does he think it is? I just told him to cancel my order. None of their other Breakfast Fare is even edible to me. The company should be ashamed of this location and to have someone as Rude and Ignorant as this is concerning . Made mobile curbside order. After about 10 minutes my burger and fries (cold, soft, & greasy) was brought out and the girl that brings them yo me says, and I quote, "They didn't bring your drink out"..Not only did these mysterious other people not bring my drink, they also failed to bring my sundae. After waiting another 10 minutes I pulled out of the curbside space and up to the drive thru window where I had to explain what I was missing and wait another 5 minutes for the crew to work out the logistics of how to get a large sweet tea and sundae to me. Sad. At least I can say they were friendly throughout the entire ordeal but not so much as a single apology...
