Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Greenwood

I wish I could give Sonic 0 stars. I went up there last night and ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. 1 for me, 1 for my son and 1 for daughter. Fortunately, their orders were fine. When I did eat mine later that night, it was well past midnight. If I had known what I was about to discover in my bag, I would have turned around, driven back up there and demanded a full refund. I unwrapped my sandwich, and no joke, MY SANDWICH WAS ALREADY HALF EATEN!!! 😲😡 Tooth marks, sloppy and disgusting.😨 It was obviously one of the staff members food. Seriously?!! 😳 I used to be a waitress, and letting half eaten staff food get past the door shouldn't be possible if you even TRY check your order. It was just nasty and plain irresponsible. Greenwood is truly special type of hellish place to live and 99% of the fast food workers here just don't try at all, but Sonic was my last ditch fast food place my kids and I enjoyed going to. Frankia Gave Great Customer Service. Despite her not being my carhop. My order was taken by Miriam. Who was rude and even said damn when I ask for $3 in change. I asked her to break $100 so I could tip her. But she signed and just seem like I was a bother. My meal was merely $3.11 but I was washing 2 loads across the street because my washing machine sparked and shocked me. Frankia was willing to help me and provide customer service with a smile. That meant everything to me. What could have been a bad experience definitely ended great. The tip Frankia received just for get was well deserved and every time I am this way I will definitely tip the same amount and ask for her friendly smile. The food is absolutely nasty and they never get the order right the management is always lacking. It's so sad I used to go to this place with my grandmother for years or spot to eat and now I can't even eat here anymore. I advise to not eat here .
