Normally I go in on Sunday morning and get a dozen donuts the same dozen every Sunday, this Sunday was busier than normal and on this Sunday they are out of one type a doughnut that I normally get. I ask if they had any made in the back? The cashier goes back and looks comes back and says no, another person speaks up and says let me go look I'm assuming its the manager. This person comes back with 5 Maple cover donuts. I say I will take all 5 even though I just purchased one dozen. I am then told that I can only have 3. I ask why... so others can have the last 2 was the answer.... this makes no sense to me. You want to sell donuts what does it matter who buys them? You might want to up your par. The end result is I left with the original dozen and am not sure I will return to this location. Read moreI work at the airport. And this dunkin doughnut/Flatwood grill is the worst when it comes to customer service. The employees are rude and unfriendly. When you are ordering from the flat wood grill side they never know how to prepare anything, they have to find someone that knows how to cook it, which is very annoying considering we are on break or lunch. So you have to choose something that's easier or them, but very inconvenient for you. They are never prepared even when you are ordering what's on the menu. For instance pancakes, if it makes them have to do extra work their attitudes are worst. Those types of things should be prepared, or taken off the menu.
