Awful experience tonight. It took ten minutes for our server to greet us, and by the time he did we were ready to order our meal. We ordered two waters, two lemonades, cheese dip with ground beef & pico, and the Hawaiian fajitas to share. After ten minutes he brought us our two lemonades. We asked if we could get waters as well when he got a chance. At this point we were out of chips and salsa so we requested more also. After another ten minutes without ever being brought more chips or salsa, our server brings us two waters. Another ten minutes go by and we are brought our meal and my queso. The queso was suppose to have pico and ground beef, but was missing the pico. No big deal, my bigger problem was that it was coming out with our meal. Usually queso comes out as an appetizer, but again no big deal. I again asked for chips to now eat my queso with. He told me he would come back with some. He NEVER brought any chips, and the “fajitas” were awful. I would not even call them fajitas. I looked for our server and never saw him. After waiting for another ten minutes, I felt incredibly frustrated over the situation and hungry considering I had yet to really eat. I went to the host stand and what looked to be the manager was standing there. I tried to tell him about our meal and the service, but he started walking away as I was talking and seemed to care less. He grabbed our barely touched fajitas and not touched at all queso and walked away with both plates? I assumed he would come back, maybe with an apology for the service? Anything? But no, he never came back. Our server came back over after ANOTHER TEN MINUTES and proceeded to try charging me for everything????? Sure, I will pay for the fajitas we took a bite out of. Even though our plate was taken from us? Had I known we were going to still be charged for fajitas I would have boxed them up for my dog. So that’s incredibly frustrating. But for the queso we never received chips to eat with? To still be charged? That is laughable. I told him I would not for the queso, because it didn’t make sense for me to pay for something that I did not get to eat. He took it off bill and apologized. Maybe they were busy and understaffed. I understand this. I am upset that the “maybe manager” took our plates without asking. Never came back to offer us an alternative, offer to bring chips, offer an apology for the terrible service? Discount? Take off a $4 lemonade? Anything would have been better than nothing. To say we will never ever be back is an understatement. I would give zero...
Read moreI have no words to describe how terrible my experience today at this restaurant was. While accidents happen, as a business it is your responsibility to ensure your customers are taken care of. The poor customer service I received today is absolutely unacceptable and I have NEVER felt inclined to leave a negative review anywhere before this.
Shortly after being seated here, a huge metal umbrella that was improperly secured in place by the staff, was blown bottom-first directly into the side of my head. Not only did I immediately scream in pain, but it cut my head open, and I had to sit for 10 minutes before getting up and get rushed to the emergency room. In those minutes I sat there crying in pain, not a single person from their staff attended to me, checked to see if I was ok, or came out to assist in the matter. This is dangerous and a hazard for your customers. & it is absolutely not ok that after such a serious accident, no one came to check on me. This could’ve potentially be fatal had it happened to a child or an older adult.
Customers from inside of the restaurant came out to ask if I was ok, and helped me. But not one single person from their staff came out to even bother checking if I was ok. After a $500 visit to the emergency, I am left with a concussion and a gash, bruises, and severe pain. This is ridiculous and I do not wish this on anyone. Do better. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. Was seated within a few minutes, but took about 20 min before anyone even asked for a drink order. The non alcoholic drinks came quickly but margaritas took another 15-20 min. By the time a different person brought them, I had to ask if we could even place an order since it seems like no one was waiting on us. We also had kids cups with no straws and a salsa spill that we had to, both times, go to a bar and ask them for the paper products (because again, no one was checking on our table). She took the order, the first guy brought it out (food service came fast). He still did not bring us any utensils, napkins, etc. We had to ask for it. He never checked on us after food came and we had to AGAIN, track someone down and ask if we could pay so we could leave. Again, once food was placed, the kitchen seemed to churn it out fast so I don’t think they are the issue. But front of house does not have it together… from hostess not placing silverware (oh and she also didn’t give us enough chairs for the table so yet another ask WE had to track down), to the wait staff (who was even our waiter/waitress??
