Smoothie King — Restaurant in Greer

Did an online smoothie order. It was ready. However it wasn't correct. I asked for it to be remade and the second one tasted even worse than the first. Almost like they didn't clean the blender out and leftover flavors. Ew. Asked for a refund. Was told no manager was there. They took my contact info and I got no phone call. No refund. And a whole lot of attitude because the girls behind the counter wanted to tell me they'd made it correctly. They may have but their equipment wasn't clean or they made the wrong smoothie.

Super disappointed.

I've since filed a charge back because no smoothie, doesn't mean you get to keep my money.

Employees are completely inconsiderate of their customers. There was a man blocking the drive thru so I had to go around. Mind you, this is at 5 PM and they’re scheduled to still be open. Granted it was a snow day but there weren’t any signs indicating an early close. We sat at the window, where I saw 2 employees and we were deliberately ignored rather than them taking 2 seconds to open the window they were standing at to let us know “hey we are closed”. I then called many times, finally got an answer from a lady to be told they were closed. I just purchase the Acai Cocoa Haze through drive through around 5:36pm today. As I was eating the fruit, I noticed the slice banana were hard and taste funny. As much as I come through to pick up a bowl. I never had that issue. I wanted to report it and make things right because im so disappointed. I male answered the phone and tried to explain to him about these hard sliced bananas. He said the manager is not in today. He said they were busy and nothing else they can do.
