Captain D's — Restaurant in Grenada

Customer service decent it could be better if they worked a little bit harder on their customer service it would be a great place to go but you will wait no less than 30 minutes if you go to that Captain D's it's super slow there they don't have enough staff there they're more worried about saving money on their cost than they are making it because they can make quite a bit of more money there the food is good but people get tired of waiting and they leave it's just not worth it guys I'm telling you like I said the place is seriously understaffed and when you get your food I'll warn you they're so understaffed that it may be cold when you get it I mean seriously it's ridiculous it's happened to me too many times I try to get people a chance and I'm done with the chances it's horrible there be cautious to anybody that tries to eat there I promise you it's horrible that restaurant makes enough money to have more staff but they are more worried about filling their pockets than they are taking care of customers they might even make more profit if they were to correct all the issues they have going on at that restaurant but they're not going to people are too greedy in this world today...

We were traveling back from New Orleans to Missouri and had a quick craving for some seafood so we dropped in here to give it a try. We got right in as they were not crazy busy this time of day and the counter person offered up the new special combo meals which were all great and priced well. The staff was all super friendly and they jumped right on our order as soon as it was placed. I ended up buying a meal for myself one and two for my parents and the total was only $23 with drinks so I would consider this a pretty good buy. We opted to get our meal to go as we were still on the road and I was pleasantly surprised with the horde of extra sauces in the to go bag. The only down to this experience which really wasn't much is that the lemonade was almost out as it was spitting and sputtering out of the dispenser and that the portions of french fries were super small compared to the other Captain D's I've ate out across the nations, but they might have been in between new batches, so who knows. DO NOT COME IF YOU’RE IN A HURRY!! I spent 30 minutes in line AFTER I placed my order. Plus 10 minutes waiting in line before ordering. Was it a 20+ car wrap-around line??? Nope! Five people ahead of me. Now I understand that things have to be cooked fresh, etc etc but my god how aggravating! Also, when I ordered I went ahead and told the person “please give me a lot of cocktail sauce—I don’t care if it costs extra” and when I received my order at the window I checked: 2 sauces. So I flagged down the person and said “hey could I get some more cocktail sauce please? I’m the one who asked for extra” and they (seemingly unwillingly??😂) made a face and handed me a whopping 2 more. Smh! I ordered a bunch of food and I literally said I’d be glad to pay a little extra, why would you act like each sauce packet comes out of your paycheck?! 🤣 All in all I love captain d’s and I’ll more than likely be back here again before long, but the drive thru service here sucks and it’s incredibly slow!
