Jeff and Maria's Old Fashioned Ice Cream and Food — Restaurant in Groveland

Came on a Saturday midday. Was not at all as busy as I thought, which was great! We got hot dogs and grilled cheese for food. Nothing amazing, but they were good for a quick bite - just what we were looking for. I got the PB wizard. It is delicious. I personally thought it had too many PB cups inside, and I wish it had an option to maybe swap it out with fresh banana slices. Now that would be yummy! Reminiscent of a PB & Fluff with bananas (a good shake idea).

There was no changing table in the bathroom (it was a little dirty). The high chair was wobbly, so much so that I thought it would break apart with my child in it.

Food was taken to our table but no napkins or utensils so I got up to ask (no biggie but if you're bringing the food napkins would be nice too). I also had to ask for ketchup 2x because when I asked for extra. I got 1 packet.

Outside play area was smaller than expected too but actually perfect to keep an eye on the little ones. Its fenced in too! Its just a play house with a slide and a small rock wall to get up into the hut. My son played for an hour! He even made 2 new friends!

Would definitely come back here! Staff could be a bit more friendly, maybe smile a bit, especially since there were only like 4 people there for...

I ordered a small "death by chocolate" with hot fudge. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture. It was busy, being one of the first warm days of the year. There were a lot of dogs, so I left my pup in the car to enjoy his doggy sundae. Despite being busy, the service was pretty quick. The server seemed a little annoyed when taking my order, though. I sensed a bit of an attitude as she requested "another one of those [doggy sundaes]" from her coworker. It cost $10 for my dog and I to have a little ice cream treat, and we both enjoyed...

Best hot dog in a very long time - truly outstanding. However, disgusting tabletop caked through the white wire top with the accumulated food debris from many weeks. It had not been cleaned in a very, very long time. The gooey gunk was disgusting like the bottom of a dirty garbage can. A little off putting to say the least . . . it makes one wonder about how clean the areas like the kitchen are that we can’t see. Would consider going back but will have to fight through the memory of the creepy crud on the table to get...
