First off, i’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut For about seven years. Every time I’ve gone inside they’ve been straight up ghetto. They curse. the manager doesn’t care. Pretty sure it’s because his team overrun him. But they have cursing music playing. It’s not professional at all. But I’ve been able to let that go because the pizza was decent. That, alongside other issues that I’ve had with them in the past. But this one takes the cake. And ironically, it’s not about the store in particular. But I don’t know when this changes taking affect but they don’t use their own drivers anymore. They use third-party delivery services. I’ve never been so flabbergasted by the level of negligence I got this time. First off the pizza was delivered by someone who knocked on my door like they were the police, even though there was a doorbell. Then they arrive with their whole family in the car. That is such a terrible look. Why are you delivering food with everybody and their mother in the car with you?! Not only that my pizza was slung to the side and dang near flipped upside down. I felt betrayed because I gave the highest percentage for a tip for this service. This is ridiculous. And it’s very hard to deal with because Papa John’s is even worse than they are. At least the people who deliver Papa John’s actually work for Papa John’s so I can hold them accountable for my pizza being delivered the way it was. This is so ghetto. I might have to start going to Marco’s even though their pizza is greasier than Pizza Hut. This was terrible. Order#: 3240425164510001413037751

The manager on duty today at this location has repulsive customer service and does not represent the PizzaHut franchise well. My UberEats driver was given the incorrect order by the servicing female worker, after being provided with my order number and name. I called the manager on duty currently and he was very belligerent and not accommodating nor accountable for the stores poor customer service. I think higher management needs to provide training on how to be professional in the work place when dealing with paying customers and that the manager on duty, effective time/date now should be the first retrained. Also the food provided in the incorrect order was cold and burnt. Not fit for anyone to eat. The only reason a star was given is because the comment wouldn’t post otherwise.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Last night my husband and I ordered 3 pizzas. 1 of those pizzas needed to be complely dairy free since I have a high allergy. So i got spinach, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms on my pizza with no crust flavoring. My husband goes inside and brings the pizzas out. I open up my pizza box to check and make sure theres nothing on it i cant have before i go home and eat it. I open the box and see that the pizza is literally just sauce they hardly put any toppings on it. If you guys saw this pizza you would probably just laugh. It was the saddest pizza ever. So i walk inside with my husband and talk to a lady (who happened to be the manager, i had no idea). She came over by me because i was standing there for awhile. I showed her my pizza and explained that i cannot have any dairy and that im highly allergic so i ordered just veggies and that i paid extra for more toppings and that there is so little on here you cant even see it. She replied that they put only a certain amount. I looked at her and sad im not trying to be mean but this pizza is the saddest pizza i have ever seen. There was a lady standing next to me at the counter and she looked over and told the lady the same thing. She said that is a very very sad pizza and she would be upset if thats what she got. So the manager grabbed my pizza and while walking away that it would be 13-15 mins. My husband and i just sat down. After waiting for 15mins she come and brings the pizza to the counter and opens the box and says “is this good enough for you”. And closes it and hands it to me. Walking out the door, just wanting to go home, i notice that theres that buttery garlic sauce on the box. I open the box to check and there was the buttery garlic sauce all over the pizza. I walked back in there and talked to one of the cooks that happened to walk by. I explain yet again that I am highly allergic to dairy and that this is the second time my pizza is being made. He takes my pizza and throws it away he says he will go fix it. I go sit down and the lady that was standing at the counter when i was there the first time was waiting on her order she gets up and asks someone about my pizza and says something to them. I continue waiting yet again.. 15 mins goes by.. so i ask who the manager is and they all said that lady that helped me the first time. I was thinking, i couldnt believe it because of how rude she was. One of the employees goes and asked her about the status of my pizza she looks over at me and says “i will let you know when it will be out”. She never did she never spoke to me after that. Another employee handed me my pizza. Im upset that i went through that. If i had eaten that pizza with dairy on it..i would be so sick and breaking out in hives. They never apologized or spoke kindly to me. Never offered for me to get something off the menu or have that pizza free. They were so rude! My friends and I will NEVER return there. You have lost our business! I feel bad for all who work there that has her...

Made an online carryout order at the local pizza hut in Grovetown, GA and waited almost 25 minutes in the store after ordering for a simple order of cheese sticks and pasta. When I got in the store the lady in grey asked me the name for my order and I then stated my name. She then looked up my order and walked away. Within 2-3 more minutes the man in grey walked up to the register where I remained standing asked, "are you being helped?"and I reply "yes, she's helping me". At least I thought she was helping. As time passes the workers proceed to walk back and forth an no one has updated me on my order. Mind you the male "manager/supervisor" is in the back left corner conducting an interview, the woman that left me up front is now in the back making call in orders, one of the delivery drivers is taking MY cheese sticks out for a delivery order, another delivery driver is scratching his arm without gloves as he takes a pizza out of the oven and boxes it up ( he did not wash his hands, not once), and another lady is in the back prepping pizza and walking around looking lost. So all of this is going on as the minutes pass by and not one person has cared to ask are you okay or how can I help get you out of the door with the correct order. At this point, I just take my camera out and start to record because this is ridiculous. As I am recording, finally after 3 minute into recording the bad customer service and lack of acknowledgement, the lady in red asked me what was I waiting for and once again I repeat that I am waiting for cheese sticks and pasta. Soooo now she goes and get the pasta which I guess everyone was walking past it and then she gets some 'breadsticks' and bags them up after I clearly said over the counter I had 'cheese sticks'. I guess they can not hear me well. Anyways, she then says " someone must have taken the breadsticks, do you just want the pasta? I have some cheese sticks in the oven if you want to wait, you don't have to pay for them." So at this point I was just like give me the pasta because I refuse to continue to wait an additional, unnecessary 15 more minutes for cheese sticks that should have been promptly given to me. The moral of the review is that the customer service was extremely unsatisfactory due to the simple fact that there was a lack of promptness, attentiveness, courteousness, as well as acuity. Why was I waiting for an online order for up to 30 minutes without being acknowledged or updated on my order? It is ashame these people walked past me several times and looked at me like I was transparent. I am not from Georgia, but the customer service I received from this Pizza Hut makes this town look bad. A free order could not even make up for the lack of sincerity and...

What a piece of work this place is. I am new to town, and ordered for the first time today, 2SEP2020, online for delivery at 5:06pm. Website said 25-30 minutes for delivery. At 5:50pm I called to make sure order went through since this was my first time ordering online with them. The lady on the phone said it definitely went through and would be out for delivery in 30 minutes. I asked what the hold up was since I had ordered it 45 minutes prior, and she stated that it normally takes 45 minutes for delivery.... mind you, I live less than 1/2 mile from the store. I hung up, then called back and said, cancel this order for delivery, I'll come pick it up. The lady on the phone said ok, its in the oven and should be done in a few minutes.... mind you this was 50-55minutes AFTER the order was placed online.

I drove to the store, went inside and waited for them to take care of the customer in front of me. The cashier was having a hard time finding her order in the warmer. The manager NEVER helped look for the order, just repeatedly stated she knows she cut up the pizza and placed it in a box and put it in the warmer. Long story short, the wrong receipt was placed on that customer's order, that's why the cashier couldn't find it. Again, the MANAGER NEVER HELPED HER.

After that customer was taken care of, it was my turn. I stated my name and the cashier went to the warmer to get my order.... REMEMBER, not 5 minutes ago, she said my order was STILL IN THE OVEN. She took out my order and said 'here ya go'. I stated that I am wanting a refund of the delivery fee and the tip I placed on the original order. The cashier asked her manager how to do this. The MANAGER IGNORED HER FOR 5 MINUTES as she was TOO BUSY CUTTING UP PIZZA and BOXING THEM. After 5 minutes more, another lady helped the obviously new cashier with the refund. I took my order and left. When I got home.... OF COURSE THE PIZZA AND WINGS WERE COLD!!!

I don't blame the cashier as she was obviously new and trying to do what she could. The manager of this store needs retrained OR FIRED. She never stepped around from behind the prep area to assist her employee, to APOLOGIZE for the order mix up, get me my refund etc. She couldn't be bothered to take care of her customer(s). AT ALL. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this store. EVER. IF regional or corporate reads these comments, you need to do something about this store and...
