STOLE $93 FROM ME!!! So on July 1st, 2025 which was before my payment due date, I ended my membership and watched the employee remove my car and membership. I did this because I'm getting my car painted and am going to move to having my car detailed instead of auto washed. I have not used the services at all since. To my complete surprise, I WAS STILL CHARGED THE $46.95!!! But I was on vacation at the time and assumed maybe it was a glitch since I cancelled right before my due date thus I'd probably get reimbursed so I decided to just let it go provided it not happen again. I WAS WRONG AS I GOT CHARGED AGAIN ON AUGUST 3RD, 2025!!! There's no reason whatsoever that I'm still being charged at this point! So I immediately went to the location and talked to the assistant manager Jay who is the one that talked me into the membership and talked me out of cancelling it a time before as well went in and claimed he processed a refund to my card and then removed it from the system so it wouldn't be charged again. He added that I should get the refund in two business days which given it was a Sunday meant I should see it by the middle of the week. Turns out he may have messed it up. I went back to the location and spoke to the general manager Julius through whom I found the assistant manager Jay falsified my email address, put my phone number in wrong, and I still haven't received my refund. Julius then sent an email to his bosses and stated I would hear back from him. I then returned another week and a half later and of course no update but he stated he sent the email again and double checked all my contact information was correct so I could be reached. However it is now August 26th, 2025 and I still have no refund at all. I have been as patient as I can with this so now I am rescinding my five starts to a zero and will be spreading this review everywhere I can. I do not appreciate my hard-earned money being stolen from me. Also the assistant manager Jay apparently received some sort of promotion, moving him to the Peach Orchard location. If that is the kind of employee this company promotes then clearly this company has even more problems than being thieves. At this point, I doubt Iâm going to get my money back and if I do then great but the biggest thing for me now is to make sure this review reaches as far out as I can spread it so others donât give this company any of their money. Shouldnât be open if your vacuums donât work as well as give me my money back for my subscription!! Just walked around the whole lot on foot and in car and none of the vacuums work. Literally not providing the services but yet i still have to pay make it make sense and the manager just walking around literally laughing at everyone struggling and when i mean everyone i mean everyone would look around and walk around to find a working vacuum and the manager just walks around picking them up full well knowing that none of them work. Thatâs why theyâre all the floor!!! The managers donât seem to care at all and arenât doing anything to fix it. This location should not be operating as of now!!

   Read moreWent to this sparkle express, sat there for about 20 min before opening and once opened I proceeded to get my car washed. I donât have my sticker on my front window and havenât had it there for over a year. I usually stick my hand out the window with my sticker and the gate opens. It did not open at this one and I expressed to Julius the site manager as he expressed to me that he was that the way I do it typically works at all sites and I come and get a wash every week and have been a customer for years. He wanted to argue me up and down that the sticker needed to be in the windshield as I expressed that it didnât. After about 2 min of going back and forth I said could I just get my wash, and he said yes after he changes the sticker and puts it on my windshield. I advised him i did not want to do that and asked him to let me leave. I left, went to the sparkle express on stinner way, stuck my hand out the window with my sticker and guess what, the gate opened as always.
