I am not lying when I say this place exceeded expectations. Although the town is humble and the streets appeared empty they are hiding hidden gems around every corner. Whether it’s the understated monument marking the landing of US forces on the shores of Guanica or this amazing eatery you are sure to find something to catch your eye. As we were wandering around enjoying the sights this place caught our eye. We walked in and were met with an overwhelming feeling of warm hospitality. Everyone in the restaurant, guest or employee treated us like we belonged. The food which was carefully prepared, for you mainlanders that means be patient, was exceptional! Everything tasted authentic and you could tell was made fresh. The prices were great and we will be sure to come again.

Btw, special thanks to the chef who greets all first timers with a special digestif shot to help settle the meal. Also the house hot sauce is on point, if you can...

OMG, owner and staff were very friendly. Gave free first time shots. Had the shrimp empanadas a little expensive for the town, but it was worth it, tasted good bought 2 more.
