Mariscos San Diego Bay — Restaurant in Guadalupe

I came here for the second time.i was been charge $44 Dollars for a foil rap fish with vegetables. This is crazy prices so I cancelled the order and just ask for a deep fry fish and it was still $34 I have a business around this area I will no longer be visiting this business I have never ever paid so much for small portions of seafood or fish the lady tells me it's $30 just for the fish plus all the vegetables that go into it. To make it worse I also order some salsa and chips I only got the salsa I never got the chips either way I don't recommend this place it's crazy expensive the food is okay the prices are ridiculous. Now I know why the place was completely empty I was the only person in there and it's 1 in the afternoon already. However there's other places there that sell food I will be returning to check those other places out. Ok so I just tried eating my fish and the fist thing I notice is the fish was not fully cooked and Is weird cause the meat was hard. The best thing of my food was the beans. Sad to say nice place but prices and food are no good sorry I tried supporting this business but not no more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. now I need to go buy something else to eat after spending $34 dollars. Lol.. O well you life and you learn. Good luck to...

Good food, terrible execution.

We decided to try this place for lunch. Pros: good food. Fresh and good salsas.

Cons: Terrible service. There was 1 waitress/cashier/hostess for the whole restaurant and 1 person in the kitchen with about 10 tables full of people. We waited for everything and finally got our food after about 45 minutes. When it arrived, it came plate by plate with no order. I finished my meal before my wife got hers.

Unforgivable con: We ordered the San Jose tostada. They delivered, last of all, a San Jose plate which is 2x the cost. We didn't want to wait again so we just went with it. No explanation or apology, just gave us this plate. When it came to pay, the server/hostess/cashier said we had to pay for the expensive dish we got. We pointed out that the restaurant made a mistake. She did say the kitchen made a mistake, but we needed to pay for it anyways. I've never seen a restaurant do this. Will never go back with this attitude and...

TAKE OUT DURING COVID19 Sooooo prior to Covid19 we've been here serval times! Found it online since we're new to AZ and let me just say, they always treat us like familia 💜 any special requests, ALWAYS met 🙏

Now, plz keep in mind....... THIS IS A SEAFOOD ESTABLISHMENT~ with anything in life, you get what you pay for!!!!! Everyone's always out to get wonderful food and service for nada... Everyone wants everything but expects EVERYTHING to be cheap..... We get what we pay for folks 😄

With that said, amazing food and absolutely fantastic MICHELADAS and Oysters!!!!! Feels like we're in Mexico when we come to eat and that's the feeling we come for 😁

We love everything about this marvelous restaurante!! To receive excellent seafood and service, everything comes for a price... The fees here are right in line with freshness and perfection from the team here😙
