Over the past 3 years, I have been a regular visitor to Central Kitchen and now PHX Beer... The food has been good, the service excellent, and the Beer has always been cold and refreshing. The manager, Justin, was always helpful and created an amazing environment for this local establishment to thrive. So why would this place only get a 1 star review? Central Kitchen at 7th street and Bethany Home area was amongst some fierce competition with several eateries in the area. Some of those eateries could not make it, yet with the support of the Local community we invested in this restaurant with our monies during not only the winter season but even more importantly the Summer season when restaurants slow down in the Central Corridor. We were loyal to this Restaurant consistently doing events for our family there and having 8/12 people eating there at a time. This place was busy and was doing well, yet when they opened there new Location in Scottsdale they quickly shut the doors of this downtown location.. Rich the owner used the people of Phoenix to take advantage of a great location in Scottsdale. They Post that they are coming back in September but then they say that they are closed for good? The question is all about Loyalty!!! Central Kitchen was built on the backs of those that live in the Central corridor, and the business we provided was consistent and steady. Now they are gone.. as in "Bye Felicia"... To say I feel betrayed is an understatement, I guess supporting local companies is not important when that company does not...

This is certainly that giant warehouse feel, which is why they have so much space. A perk of that is some games in the warehouse space. We were pleasantly surprised to find cornhole. Another perk is parking.
When we came on a Monday, we were unaware that they closed at six. Lucky for us they were open on a Monday so we were thrilled to be able to spend an hour there. The bartender was incredibly kind and friendly. She gave us a bunch of recommendations and was very patient with our indecisiveness.
I had some sort of white chocolate beer, and it was delicious. Both of our pores were fresh and delightful. I wouldn’t call them or mind blowing, but very simple and easy in terms of enjoyment.
The cornhole was very nice and they had Jenga and a few other games. It was a bit quiet in there, but everybody was friendly enough, and it seemed like a great spot to go for happy hour or something of the sort. Would be nice to have a little outdoor air but they created it as best they could,...
Read moreIn early 2023, I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment, and I must say that both the staff and the owner were exceptionally welcoming. As a former board member of the Club, I was invited to attend their party, and the owner generously took the time to walk ASU students through the entire brewing process, sharing a wealth of knowledge and addressing numerous inquiries.
The food and beverages served here were not only delectable but also suitable for someone like me, who isn't an avid beer enthusiast. I found their products to be remarkably enjoyable. In particular, I would highly recommend the White Mocha flavor, which was simply delightful. It had a rich foam, a smooth texture, and lacked any bitter aftertaste.
The establishment itself is well-lit, spacious, and the table heights are thoughtfully designed for a...
