McDonald's — Restaurant in Guam

Due to Covid and bcuz it is in Agana,

1. it is too busy. The car lines are too long. I rarely go there.
2. The handicap parking should be relocated to facing the main entrance where the parking is fairly level, because the designated handicap parking are all on a slope which are dangerous.
3. McDs in general didn't have ice cream yesterday, Wed, if not for a few days. There should be a sign WAY NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE bcuz once you're in a line, it's...

We received our order and noticed there was one more fry than we ordered wile we were trying to figure it out one of the staff comes over to the table next to us as points at our table and says sorry your missing a fry and that we have it. We felt embarrassed as if we were being accused of stealing. Then the lady comes back out after giving the table next to us their missing fry and reaches over my food takes the fried and throws them away wile...

I was the second car in the drive thru. It took them a long time to "fix" the mistake from the 1st cars order. I only ordered a single item and yet they did not bother to move the first driver forward to the next window so that the other cars could proceed to get their orders. ...
