Subway — Restaurant in Guaynabo

We placed an order online and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, upon reaching the store, we found out from the manager that the order was still being prepared. Later, when we checked the app, we were surprised to see that the order had been marked as picked up even though it hadn't been. We confronted the staff about the issue, but they were rude and disrespectful towards us. Eventually, we received our order only to discover that it was all wrong. We do not recommend this Subway location due to their poor customer service...

Horrible experience. The employees that took my order didn't care about being polite or even give a good customer service. They gave me my order wrong and the bread was very very stale. The thing is that there wasn't even people after me so is not like they were in a rush or anything. If you want a good sandwich and a good service I suggest finding...

We Just left the Subway at 11:28 pm 12/15/24, and had the best experience with the employee, she was alone in the shift and made everything possible, to make our experience and waiting enjoyable, she was working so hard and alone and that made us admire her for it. Definitely a Great employee, she deserves a raise and praise from her manager...
