We placed an order online and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, upon reaching the store, we found out from the manager that the order was still being prepared. Later, when we checked the app, we were surprised to see that the order had been marked as picked up even though it hadn't been. We confronted the staff about the issue, but they were rude and disrespectful towards us. Eventually, we received our order only to discover that it was all wrong. We do not recommend this Subway location due to their poor customer service...
