We’ve been going to a Puebla a few times and we have no complain about the food. It is actually pretty tasty for a Tex-Mex restaurant here in Puerto Rico. The customer service, however, like many other places in the island, gives much to desire. We sat to eat our nachos while waiting for our quesadilla. We were almost finish with our nachos when a girl seated at a different table, who was also waiting for her food, asked us if we were waiting for the quesadilla. I approached the counter to ask and the person at the register just nodded and went about her business taking care of other customers and her attitude, like in many other places on this island, was like she was doing us a favor. No one called us when the quesadilla was ready. Many of restaurants on the island need to understand that proper customer service training helps businesses prosper by maintaining a reliable customer base, it is all about consistency.
