WORST EXPERIENCE!!
First and last time!
I joined 4 friends for lunch on Thursday, April 5, 2018, talking about business and other matters. I had never come here before. There were almost no customers since it was 12:00 M sharp. The waitress who waited on us was very "cool" and helpful. After talking for a while and some appetizers, we ordered the food. The place was already full at that moment (more or less 1:15 PM).
At certain moment, a lady comes to our table and asks for the owner of a black "x" brand car (which was me). She requested to move the vehicle because it was badly parked to fit another car between mine and another vehicle. It was strange for me to hear that, because I parked where the "Valet" told me to , and I did it centralized between the lines that delimit the space of each parking lot. We went outside, when the lady realizes that it was NOT me who was badly parked, but the two adjacent vehicles that parked blocking the space on each side. This left the parking lot next to me with little space to fit a normal vehicle.
When the lady notices this, she apologizes. I indicate that there is no problem and returned to the table with my friends.
After 5 minutes, the "Valet" comes to interrupt again for the same issue.
I proceeded to indicate that a lady had already brought me the same situation, that those who were badly stationed were others. I indicated that I was centralized between the parking lines. Still, he told me I had to move the car. That's when I decided that I was going to leave, because that is not the treatment for a client who is eating.
While I was picking up my things to leave, I requested to speak with the person of the highest rank at that time. I left next to the "Valet", and showing him my vehicle I indicated: "you see, I am well parked, between the lines". It is then when the “Valet” tells me "HERE WE DO NOT USE THE LINES".
Wao, what an answer!!!!! TAmazing justification! And why the hell you have them? Why didn’t he tell me to park myself the way they needed me to park when I arrived, there was no one parked yet !!!!!
Then, the same lady who asked me to move the vehicle for the 1st time comes out. To my surprise, she was the owner !!!! She proceeded to scold him. Damn, you have an administrative and communication problem, fix it!
You know that I requested that they move the vehicles that were blocking me to leave. My friends told me that the lady went to the table only to apologize.
Apparently that lady is Mrs. Vanessa Baerga. Owner of several Bonanza franchises on the island. If so, this message is for you:
How little you do to retain a client. Look, in a situation like that, you do the impossible so the client does not leave, and if he leaves, make sure he comes back.
But I suppose that you are doing well, and are not interested in more clients, nor those who were sitting there, nor the other clients who witnessed the incident and much less that we return.
I will not return and that although you understand that it has little effect, I will publish this same "Review" on different social networks, including Trip Advisor, Google and Yelp,...
Read moreI went on Saturday July 10th 2021 for brunch. For starters it was pouring raining my GF and I were parking the car she have problems moving so we have handicap permit, an employee came out to check we had the permit in the car, but did not helped my Gf out of the car with his umbrella, so he left her, inside the car instead of helping her, I found that kind of rude for starts. Service was kind of slow refry beens were tasteless, she ordered the skirt stake fajitas, and that was delicious. My queso frito was bland, but not bad. My Carne al pastor burrito was ok too, but not a wow. Service was kind of slow she did not refill our sodas, at the end we asked for the French toast which by the way were awesomely delicious, but cold. We explained our experience to the young lady who took the check and she apologized and also explained what could've had happened. At the end of the day is about personal experience, but for the money (is not cheap) service and food should be much,...
Read moreExcellent authentic Mexican cuisine in the heart of Guaynabo. The food was fabulous, the service superb and the drinks some of the best on the island! The atmosphere is modern and festive at the same time- with flatscreen tvs intermixed with the the best quotes in Spanish (if you speak it you'll laugh, otherwise ask your waiter to translate!: "Im drunk, I forgot you were here, but now I'm seeing you double"😂) Jonas, our waiter, was fantastic and made us feel completely at home. We ordered the nachos with chicken & pork, and I'm very picky about my nachos- I like them all on one chip- and these were PERFECTO! We also had the beef tacos (amazing) and chicken quesadillas (the best) plus a variety of margaritas and beers. Our tab was totally reasonable, valet parking was free, and the food was seriously so amazing!!! We're already regulars- you need...
