Update July 2025.
I went to Supremos at their new spot on Acuarela Street — no longer a food truck, now it’s got tables and a roof. Honestly, I preferred the food truck: the food looked better, and the service felt warmer. Back then, the tacos were so photogenic they could’ve been influencers; now they look shy and a little insecure. They upgraded the place, but somewhere along the way they misplaced the flavor and presentation. The best part about the new location is the bar next door, where you can grab a drink while you wait… and wait… and wait. Check my photos to compare the birria tacos from the truck versus now: same ingredients, but missing all the love — and trust me, not even the nicest roof can fix that.
Original review: Delicious street food. The food truck is located in Plaza Guaynabo parking, across Planet Fitness. Definitely is not the healthiest food but is a few steps from the gym.
