Very unfriendly and rude service at this location being run by a surly group of teenagers. Yesterday Monday afternoon. The kids working there exude a great deal of sullen, negative energy. There were at least 4-5 staff behind the counter but no one at the register. When I called hello a young man took his time coming over without a smile or a greeting, barely looking at or acknowledging me. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing him. As I was ordering he rudely walked away to do something and returned without explaining or apologizing for walking away while I was talking to him. While I waited for my iced latte, the girl behind the counter was kicking a drawer closed with her foot and dropping the f-bomb and complaining very loudly that the day would never end. After waiting for more than 5 minutes in an empty shop with no other orders being filled, I called to the young man to find out when my latte would be ready. He completely ignored me calling him. Finally he trudged over without a word or polite inquiry, I asked him where my latte was, and he eventually found it misplaced at the drive-thru window. Read morePoorly trained staff with no customer service. Juan, drive thru worker, messed up my order. I ordered 6 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps for my family. I got home and there was no bacon in any of them. I went back because my children were disappointed and wouldn't eat them. Juan never said he was sorry for my inconvenience. He said "'you want bacon in the wraps"? Yes, I want bacon in my Bacon egg and cheese wraps. Plus, when I ordered initially, I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted. OMG! It was maddening. Then, to get home and each wrap had 1/2 a slice in each wrap. A piece of advice Dunkin' Donuts. Hire capable staff, train your staff to say 'thank you' which he didn't either the first time. This lovely lady and her daughter had a licensed service pet with them which was extremely well behaved and docile. The lady behind the counter began slandering the poor woman and demanding to see papers (which I know is illegal considering I have a licensed service pet as well). Instead of apologizing to the woman she walked away and made another employee come and help. After that I immediately walked out and refused to give this location my money.
