Sbarro — Restaurant in Gulf Shores

Call to order a LG pizza an hour before they closed and was told they weren't making anymore whole pizzas, I was thinking the oven is down or something...nope they wanted to sell the ones they had already made. Ok cool how many slices of the most bought pizza do you have(pepperoni) I'll just grab enough in slices. Nope they have 1 slice. You have 1 slice and won't make a whole pizza to sell and hour before you closed. I bet the owner of that business would sell that $30 dollar pizza. If it was an 15 mins before close I'd get it but an hour that's just bad business and...

FYI, I went yesterday and ordered a x large pizza, (usually I order by phone) the guy was waiting on people taking money, then started making my pizza without changing his gloves, I said something to him about changing his gloves so he did. Then while I was waiting on my pizza, he waited on people again and went right back to making other pizzas, without changing gloves again. Someone needs to teach employees the importance of changing gloves after handling money. That is not very sanitized. For now on IF I order pizza, I will order in store and watch...

I went to get a slice of pizza around 1pm on Thursday. Your credit card machine went offline and then your cashier asked if I had any cash. I said no I did not. Then they asked what I'd like to do. I told them I guess they can just throw my piece of pizza away. This was a pathetic handling of the situation by your employees. And yes, there were 2 and neither had a proper remedy to an obvious solution. You lost any future sales over 1...
