My date wanted to try Panchos on Pass Rd, neither of us had been there so we popped in around 3pm. The booths were full, as was their only table, so we waited at the door, we were thinking it must be good if it's a full house. A server came over and asked if we wanted to eat at the bar, we told her we'd wait at the bar for a booth, she said it would just be a few minutes...then she left...so we found our own seats at the bar. We looked around for menus and discovered they had been near the server at the door, but since she didn't offer one, my date retrieved one for us. My initial excitement was rapidly disappearing as menus are standard fare for waiting customers - as is the bar. Another lady was behind the bar, wiping it down while avoiding eye contact with us in case we wanted to order drinks? We played along and resisted the impulse. The server who said it would be a few minutes also passed by without acknowledging us. We tried to make allowances since it's Sunday, but it was difficult as we were both rather peckish when we walked in. About ten minutes later, a man boisterously announced a booth was ready and the "bartender" seated us and brought over another menu. Then she brought some little condiments from another table that were now filled and apparently urgently needed at our table. Twice. We were happy to lean back with our menus so she could do her job, but we were wondering if there might be someone doing the job of asking us for our drink order, or at least setting silverware and assuring us our server would arrive momentarily. Chips and salsa would have been a welcome sight. Yeah, nothing even close. Everyone in there had food except us. Maybe there was a shift change, maybe there was an oil spill, maybe English can't be your first language, who knows, but nobody came out to apologize for a delay and take our orders. After another ten minutes at a now beautifully-set table with no eye contact and no end in sight, we left. If the wait for food is anything like the wait for service, then the meal should be invoiced at Net 30. All i can say if you go there, which i Do NOT recommend, is buena...

My husband asked for no beans, but his burrito was full of beans and barely any steak. Margaritas were syrup. Chips were burnt and hard. Our waitress wasn’t attentive and the place was dead. If I could give zero...
