I visited the Guntersville location last night for dinner and a happy hour margarita. I ordered a strawberry margarita since it was happy hour. The waitress never once asked me what size, and any other time I've gotten a drink, I've been asked what size I wanted. She brings my drink out, we had dinner, and I went to pay. My happy hour margarita was suppose to be $3 and some change. The lady rings be up for $8.99, and I told her it said on the board that it was happy hour. She told me I ordered a medium, and it's $8.99, and I told her I never asked for a medium. So, the cashier calls the waitress over, and they begin speaking in Spanish, and the cashier said I ordered a medium, and I had to pay full price. The person that was having dinner with me said that the waitress never asked what size I wanted. The cashier began speaking to the waitress in Spanish again, and she told me it was going to be $8.99. I will NEVER visit this location again. You do not take advantage of people, and if your customer is unsatisfied, you make it right, and Los Arcos...
Read moreBuckle up and get ready for this one, I went with a group of four for a nice little afternoon dinner. Everything from the drink order one was a real let down. The waiter brought two out of three of our ordered margaritas, my friend ordered a rum and coke and was brought a shot of 180 proof liquor he couldn’t even finish his meal, since he’s been down in the dumps real sick in the backseat of my red pickup (not to mention he lost his dog yesterday). After this event we found long black hairs in our chips, salsa, and BURRITO. But only two of us were even served a meal, they brought the other two 20 minutes later(which were wrong). But after all this commotion they just now bring the 3rd margarita YEAH REMEBER THAT GUY. All in all horrible experience, wouldn’t suggest bringing your family if there storefront was perched up on the corner of the Oregon trailing advertising free food. Seriously...
Read moreRecently ate tonight, and the food was pretty decent, aside from the Nachos Supremo we ordered. Usually the nachos are superb, but tonight they were indeed a little lackluster, and while me and my friends enjoyed everything else, we inquired about the possibility of having the nachos removed. Sadly, that was an impossibility, as my friend who paid the bill got yelled at by the manager on duty accusing us of trying to get a free meal. We do always try to tip decently and we always pay our bill, and we've been returning customers for years. We also know to treat the staff here with kindness and with respect, as you do anywhere else. That being said, I am appalled by the standards of which my friend was treated tonight, when all we were asking if it was possible to have the nachos removed, and if not we would have indeed paid the bill in full, tip included...
