I hadn't eaten here in years because the last time I had a pizza from here, my roommate and I both got food poisoning. When I brought it to the owners attention, he got super defensive and shouted at me that all their ingredients are fresh. I didn't doubt its freshness but its easy in a restaurant to forget to clean a counter or something and get bacteria growth. There was No apology, no acknoledgement of what we went through. no kindness at all. Horrible managment. We didn't want a refund we just didn't want it to happen to someone else. I just ordered a buffalo pie from Grubhub and it came very late..and it didn't even notified me that the pizza will be on its way. I waited about 2 hours for a medium pie, and mind you I live about 10 mins away. The delivery guy calls to tell me that he's here but guess what? Second bad experience at this place so it’s definitely my last. Walked in and the person before me ordered the same 3 cheese slices. They offer a cash discount and we got charged the same even though i paid cash. Okay then take your tip without asking. Walked out the establishment and the pizza was ICE COLD.
