Read moreI would always use caution before leaving a bad review of a company in an economy that is in such fluctuation. But I could not let this experience and previous experiences go un recognized. When my wife and I walk our dog from time to time we will have a craving for ice cream and because we live in the area, we wanted to support a local business. Since this business opened our running joke when we pass by is “we hope the guy is doing ok.” Because often time we see the wife yelling at the guy or just yelling bin general. When we are buying our ice cream she often times has a very cold demeanor and seems to get upset when the husband makes any attempt at providing positive customer service. He really is great and if it were just him running this business I would have 0 issue considering we only go for ice cream. I can’t say much about the cooked food because we don’t eat it, but it doesn’t seem like a real kitchen so I question what source the food is actually coming from. Today though was the worst experience and the very reason for this review and our refusal to ever come to this place again. We stopped in for ice cream and when we walked inside there wasn’t anyone at the counter. We could hear her in the back but no one came out. After about 2 min I said “hello,” and very rudely she replied “I’m coming” in a very rude way. At that point my wife had enough of the rude nature of this person and said “it’s okay we are going to leave,” the woman then came out and said “hey I am here” so my wife explained to her that every time we come we have a bad experience with you and the woman began to yell at us very loudly and rudely as we walked away. Never have I experienced such awful customer service and I advise the guy to ask his wife to find other work because she is going to ruin...
Read moreI ordered a matcha bubble tea. Then I realized it was warm to the touch. Based on what I saw, it looks like the gentleman that made my drink poured the hot matcha into my plastic cup, which I believe is not good for you because the plastic from the cup leeches into the drink. I also dont know why the drink has to be made hot if I asked for boba. It definitely tasted weird at first sip and I left. I came back in seconds after leaving asking if the man if he can at least put ice in my cup and he gave me attitude. Before getting halfway done with my drink, the drink just tasted a little too funky. Again, I wasnt sure if it was because of the hot drink into the thin plastic, but I stopped drinking my bubble tea and tossed it just in case. The man was nice at first, but just everything that happened after I didn’t appreciate.
Response to Owner: Just for your context, the gentleman didn’t make me a new drink. He just added ice to the drink he already made. Also its not it’s not good to pour hot things into plastic that is not meant for cold drinks. So dont tell me that its strange that I left with a cold drink and frame it as if I received a new drink… Also $10 for that quality of boba and for a large is absurd...
