Pizza Chef of Guyton — Restaurant in Guyton

So I have a family of 5 and we order from these people allot. Every time we spend almost $50. First they take an hour or more to deliver or food, then for the second time they left my wings and didn't have them when they got here. Being that this is all I eat from there because I don't eat pizza, this really makes me mad. However we didn't even say anything the first time, but this second time we spoke to the manager (foreign guy) and he didn't offer anything to compensate for there mistakes. Then when he brought them back to our house, I told him that this (above) is how I felt and if they couldn't get it right I would quit ordering from them then he replied "THAT'S FINE I WILL BAN YOU FROM THE COMPUTER". What a professional way to handle this. I am really disappointed about this, I really like there wings, but I will not support a disrespectful restaurant like that. To whom it may concern (though based on your service you don’t care), I placed an order for two for delivery and was told 45-60 minutes. Being it was Friday, and understanding it can get busy, I waited for almost 2 hours before calling back to check in. When they answered they didn’t have a clue about my order and asked to call back. A few minutes later they do so to tell me that they haven’t even started cooking my order and that I needed to pick a different item because they were out of stock. The guy on the phone kept talking over me and would not let me finish a single sentence. When I told him to cancel my order he said, “if you order from anyone else it’ll take more than 30 minutes.” (I’ve already been waiting about two hours)

Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced I will not give them my business anymore. If I could give zero stars I would, solely on the way this person spoke to me...

In a world of domino's, pizza hut, and other fast food pizza chains, this place is a gem hidden away in a small town deserving of the spotlight. We had to drive 15 miles to grab our fresh pie and cheese sticks and it was worth every mile. I was impressed with the quality, taste, and customer service all around. I ordered the taco pizza and hot cheese sticks, regular cheese sticks and some cookies to wash it all down. My order was made correctly and felt as if it was made with love. The cookies weren't just regular run of the mill cookies either. They were fresh out of the oven and delicious. I would definitely order, and drive to get another pizza next time I'm in the mood.
