Well, I did an online order, and I mistakenly did not put in the time that I wanted to pick up. Called the store immediately. Told the young lady that answered the phone that the time was not correct, and I wanted to pick up my sandwiches up at 7:50 pm. I said I wanted to pick up at 7:50 more than once. Because on the app, you can not edit the time online. She said ok, they put on the receipt. I said 7, and they made the sandwiches at freaking 6:50, so they had been sitting there over a freaking hour. So I asked kindly before I got upset. Ok, since yall got the time wrong after I had called and said more than one, I want to pick them up at 7:50. Can you remake the sandwiches? Oh, I'm sorry we can't. Ok, well, refund my money. Read moreI go here every couple of months in hopes that it will get better, but i walk away irritated almost everytime. This time when the person is putting my tuna on my sandwich they cough over the meat section OMG!! The next person puts a large handful of lettuce on my husbands sandwich eventhough he said "a little bit of lettuce", so he said can you take some off please, they grab a handfull off the sandwich and throw it (very irritably) back in the lettuce. Then while wrapping up my sandwich a piece of paper was stuck to the bread, so they peel off the piece and throw it back into my wrapper... so its stuck to my sandwich when i open it. Wow, and this was not a kid, this was a grown adult. There was about 5 employees at the time and none of them were wearing masks... Read moreTheir bread was under baked. I worked for the people who own this subway. It was years ago, but I do know that this was way under par for them. I ended up moving to the metro Atlanta area about 4 years ago (I very recently just moved back to the Savannah area) I continued to work for Subway there and further progressed to store manager. I told the young lady behind the counter who was VERY sweet that her bread was under baked, and she should let the next batch stay in the over for another 3 minutes at least. I was then told that her MANAGER wants her to bake it like that and that her manager also had not been there for very long. I felt bad for her because as a manager, I always made sure our food was of the best quality possible.
