My wife and daughters went here up until today. We scheduled my mother an appointment with Victoria. Victoria decided to "forget" that she had this appointment booked with my mother and was a no call no show, which left my mother waiting there for no reason. We got a call after leaving comments on Facebook, about their no call no show policy, from Victoria saying that we should just go find someone else after calling her out on her end of the no show policy. (Never used her name or maliciously attacked her on fb) I have 5 kids and moving was her excuse. I have 6 kids and a wife who is battling cancer Victoria and still was able to get my daughter in to see you on-time and left you a hefty tip. If I hadnt been able to, i would have had the decency to call in the allotted time. You made the appointment with my mother and there is no excuse on why you didnt show up or call within 24hrs. You are very unprofessional and lost 4 clients possibly more after this. Never again will we go here or refer...

Trying to find a new place to get my hair done so I called the beauty box and was asking about pricing . Told her I was already blonde just wanted blonder and my hair was really thick and needed a trim she quoted me $250 but it could go up some depending on how many bowls they needed to use . Got there and she did my hair , as she was doing it she did extra stuff that was never asked if she could do nor was I given the prices of what was being done . Deep conditioning treatment , add on root and was told they used 6 bowls of lightener but it was 4 bc everytime she needed another bowl she asked another lady for it and I kept count . Was charged 600 DOLLARS for what she says was a dramatic change . Everyone I talk to was like what?!? And told me my hair looks know different and it most certainly does not , not for $600 . I’ve went from jet black to blonde and was never charged no more than $180-$190 and I’ve been way blonder . Do not recommend (before and after)...

Today was my first time coming to this specific salon and my first time going to any salon in about 3 years. I came in with platinum and slightly “goldish” hair. I wanted a cool ash blonde with a shadow root. I showed Liz some pictures and she executed it to perfection. My hair looks EXACTLY like the picture I showed her and it only took 2 hours to do which is incredible because it usually takes between 6-8 hours at other places I’ve been to and that’s why I’ve avoided getting my hair done for so long. The atmosphere at this salon is great. It’s not overwhelmingly huge and loud like some bigger salons are. It’s warm, inviting and relaxing. Everyone there including the owner were all wonderful to me and my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. They don’t overcomplicate things which I love.
