Del Taco — Restaurant in Hacienda Heights

Used to be great food. Last few years it sucks, no chicken quesadillas and the employees straight contradict you about things clearly shown on the menu. Corporate should clean house and fire everyone here. Go somewhere else. Update on my review, attempted to give them a second chance and ordered 6 1$ hard tacos. Lady said it wasn't on the menu when it clearly was, had manager who gave me nothing but dirty looks went out to verify the menu, it was there, but at that point refused service on the fear that my order would be tampered with by bottom feeder employees. Reported to del taco corporate. Absolutely shameful and entire staff of this location should be terminated. I went to Del taco today to get lunch. I purchased a strawberry lemonade into bean burritos. I was handed the lemonade when I paid and waited for the cashier to get my burritos. I started drinking my lemonade and immediately the first drink. It’s so hot outside but my first drink I got plastic. I swallowed some, but was able to spit some out, I am a chef and immediately recognize the black sharp plastic pieces as being serving utensils that look like they have been put in a blender the gentleman cashier when he came back for corporate number and I was told there is no number to corporate. he called Vanessa, who apparently is some type of managerand I started recording because I couldn’t believe that they were telling me I had to wait until Monday just swallowed plastic so I have it...

Ordered a drink but did not receive it , asked curly headed kid if I can purchase another one , and he tells me frantically that I have to come inside to purchase it , after explaining my situation he still responds with “ bro you have to just come inside “ in a rude tone. beyond unprofessional. On top of that I was charged twice for an item that I only received one of . Make sure employees are reading orders back to customers if there is no screen in which items are being displayed .
