Yesterday I went to this liquor store to cash in a scratcher where I had won 15$. When the girl with blonde hair that wears glasses told me "she only has 5's" I told her that is fine. When I checked the money one of the 5's was fake. Then I realized she said she only had 5's but if all she had were 5's then how would she hand out the correct amount of change if all she had were fives? Unless she lied to me about only having fives. I have 2 years experience using cash registers and I know that without dollar Bill's she cant give out change unless they pay with a card or pay the exact amount in cash. But I know that no owner would allow the register to only have fives and not be able to give out change! Anyway I am going to the store tomorrow to speak with the boss/owner about the fake five and why she only had 5s because I know her boss wouldn't appreciate the fact that she could not provide his customers with there proper change . What I am wondering if that is the case then why lie to me about only...
Read moreHacienda Liquor: Buyer Beware! I paid an outrageous $43.76 for a 24-pack of Michelob ULTRA at Hacienda Liquor (2047 S Hacienda Blvd) on July 13, 2025. The receipt only showed "T1" instead of the item name, which is shady and makes it impossible to verify the purchase. This lack of transparency is alarming. I've already reported this to the California ABC and am considering reporting it to county tax authorities. I strongly advise you to avoid Hacienda Liquor if you value fair pricing and...
