Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A, Route 4, Hackensack, NJ I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my sister and I received at the Chick-fil-A location on Route 4 in Hackensack today. During my visit with my sister, we encountered several issues. My sister placed her order first through the drive-thru. When it was time to pay, I offered my rewards code since she did not have one. The attendant refused to accept it and told me I could use it for my order instead. After my sister received her order, we were instructed to move forward because my order wasn’t ready. I then had to wait for approximately ten frustrating minutes with no updates or explanations. When I went inside to speak with the manager, I was informed that my salad had just been given to my sister, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay and inconvenience we experienced. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. This was the same manager who had previously told my sister she needed to place a second order if she wanted to change the size of her fries. Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service and delicious food, but this location has repeatedly failed to meet those standards. Given these repeated issues, I believe a review of management and customer service practices is necessary. As a result of this experience, and of those in the past I will not be returning to this location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address...
Read moreI usually go to Ramsay chic fil a because it’s close to my house. I have never had a problem with my order in about 30 Carry our attempts. The three times I have went to Hackensack, every single time my order has been screwed up. First they didn’t include my chicken sandwich on a cash register order. The next time they forget another chicken sandwich, and then the third time last night, not only do they forget ANOTHER chic fil a sandwich, But my wives breaded chicken fil a deluxe came in grilled chicken. I mean what are the chances of this happening to me 3/3 times? I’m wondering how many other peoples items are missing or incorrect. Literally every single item I ordered last night was the wrong size or incorrect. You start getting the bag at carry out and not only do you need to start counting your items, you also need to spend another five minutes just to make sure the items are correct now inside the boxes. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting fast food for your family. Nothing aggravates me more than having to go back out after a hard days work to drive and get more fast food so my wife and kids don’t hate me the rest of the night. Such a terrible experience I had to write this...
Read moreA few days ago, I visited this Chick-fil-A and ordered just one chicken sandwich meal, which should have cost around $12. When I later checked my credit card account, I noticed a second unexpected charge of $19.93. I assumed it was a processing error and called the restaurant to ask them to check their records or credit card transactions.
Unfortunately, they were dismissive and couldn’t find the extra charge. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again later. They eventually refunded me the money, but I was disappointed that I had to follow up multiple times, and no one ever reached out to me first. It was clearly a mistake on their end.
What made things worse was that after expressing my concern and how serious this could be for other customers, the person on the phone hung up on me. That’s not acceptable customer service.
So just a heads-up to anyone visiting this location: always double-check your receipt and your bank statement. You could be charged twice, and if you don’t catch it, they...
