Can’t believe it but I actually went in twice to this store to TRY and buy the Philips Air Fryer and a couple of grill spices we love last night but with no success. At 6 PM on Friday, found the store totally inundated with customers but with only one sales associate and 1 back inventory staffer. She was extremely nice but busy so I asked when they closed and they told me 9PM so I offered to come back after our movie and she was appreciative. We did, and while waiting by the register, we tried some samples and when an associate finally showed up (a different, older lady than the one I met at 6 PM), she approached me with a lecture that those were not samples (no greeting, and why were those treats by a register then?). I apologized and told her we thought they were samples and thought we would try them while waiting for someone, and then she proceeded to correct me that she “doubted we were waiting that long”! I had never felt so unwelcome trying to spend $400 in a store before so as much as I was looking forward to finally bringing home my appliance, I felt horrible and told her that I didn’t feel good about buying anything anymore and left.    Read morePoor selection, though I understand it’s hard to stock everything in such a small store. Many items were packed together tightly and were hard to look at, especially in the back by the dishes and serving platters. Those items also didn’t have prices.
I felt like they treated me a little rudely and kept staring as if they thought I was going to steal or break something. They suddenly treated me completely different after seeing I was going to be spending a few hundred dollars there. Maybe it’s because I was dressed down and had a mask on, but they really shouldn’t make assumptions based on that.
I also noticed some of the items were damaged. For example, there was a number of cutting boards that clearly had water damage. I purchased a “leak proof” springform pan (the only springform pan they offered) and butter leaked through after the first use. As a professionally trained chef, I think their products are really poor quality for what they are charging and I’d recommend shopping online...

The staff was not only super helpful but had this incredible, playful energy—making me feel like part of the family. Especially with my Libra buddy. Bacchas and Bessie helped with my return, answered my questions, helped me find my key rewards, gave solid bbq seasoning recommendations, and even threw in some fun banter along the way.
