Very pleasant young ladies except for 1. There's always one. So happy I didn't see her this time. Then guess what happened when it was my turn? Yup, she appears. I asked about a side salad my husband bought a few days prior. He customized a side. I asked about it & she wasn't sure. No problem. She asked her coworker who said I could not add anything to a side, they come as they come. Fair enough. Maybe things changed in the past few days. I move off the line & call my husband to see what he wanted instead. The sweetest young lady asked me if she cld help me. I wasn't even on line, I asked if she was the manager (her concern made me think maybe she cld be). She smiled & said no. As I continued to let husband know they don't do the side like he had it anymore, an abrupt loud woman came out "I'm the manager, who wants a manager? You want a manager?" As if she was angry that she was being asked for. Well, I didn't ask for anyone to get her but since she came i figured I'd ask about the side. She said in the stankiest voice. "I'm busy. I'm the manager. I'm busy" What? Good food I can get many places. HORRIBLE service & from a non customer service skills manager. No thank you. Husband wanted a bowl, nope couldn't do it. "I'm busy!" Will NEVER go back & will let everyone I know to stay away. Maybe mgr was having a bad day? Nope. I've seen her in action before. Just wasn't directed at me. Horrible...

Needs better prepping! Not having ripe avocados (somewhat understandable) because its the day after New Year, and maybe the delivery was delayed, but still at an establishment as big as Sweet Greens, someone should ripen them beforehand (like other establishments by using temperature method or ethelyn gas method) , whoever is in charge of such checklist.
Out of Nuts This maybe another reason as the prior…. But I guess protocol is to just not serve? Rather than to find go get?
Undercooked Rice or “gone bad” rice (severely not edible / bitter after taste / breaks when chewed) ok so this comes back to managerial issues not prepping or checking. Cause at the end of the day these are your “main” ingredients, whats the purpose of spending average $35+ only to get underwhelming food? Especially at an establishment whose whole identity and premium is based on the fact it’s “Fresh (try to keep it Local) ingredients “
Normally I wouldn't care as much and gulp it down. But days where I have limited time to eat because I’m busy, it’s just annoying to go empty stomach because the establishment wasn't...
Read moreI’ve always loved their Fish Taco salad and it’s usually my go to menu. Last couple times I’ve ordered in store the workers were nice enough to make it on the spot even though it’s online order only item. One of them even said that they can always make it even though it’s only online. However, when I ordered it in store today, the worker said I’m not allowed to order it in store and that I need to order it through the app after waiting in line for quite some time. When I told him that what the other workers have told me, he said that they can’t make the items that are online only during “rush hour”. I’m not sure what difference it makes whether i order something that is already on the menu vs. online only item because the ingredients are already there. Also, last few times other workers made it without saying anything. Also, are you really gonna make a customer go back and order something on the app after waiting that long?? I ended up leaving since I knew it was gonna take forever for them to make my salad if I ordered...
