100% bait and switch which is just so weird. Never had that happen eating out. Save your money, don’t go here. First time visit (did not read reviews prior to visit, just looking for a healthy fresh meal ). Let’s start with service. I wouldn’t say it was great or bad. It was a pretty straight forward exchange. Their smoke detector was beeping the whole time I waited for my order. Ordered the golden cafe shake, flower child bowl and powerhouse vegan salad. The shake was frothy as mentioned in other reviews but it tasted like a banana protein shake- no coffee flavor, no cinnamon - straight banana. Which after getting to the rest of my order I’m sure that’s exactly what it was. My bowl had 5 random frozen blueberries (not listed as part of the bowl). The strawberries, bananas and kiwi were fresh and delicious, however the base was clearly previously frozen. It was not smooth as it should be. The granola was also a weird sugary granola’ish’ rice crispy topping. I ate the fresh fruit and tossed the rest. The powerhouse vegan salad (as mentioned in other reviews) is not as listed on the menu. No chickpeas, no beets, no edamame, no cranberries. Instead it has broccoli, pinto beans, and red onion. I work in a doctor's office in town & we just had our lunch delivered. My Santa Fe Turkey Salad 🥗 is probably 1 of the most disgusting things I've seen from Berry Bowls. A few chopped up pieces of wet, cheap Turkey lunch meat, a rotting black avocado 🥑 , absolutely disgusting. I showed my coworkers & then it went right in the garbage! Now I have nothing for lunch! I feel bad that the Pharmaceutical Rep who spent $ on our office's lunch! What a waste. I'll never be getting ANYTHING from Berry Bowls again. Whoever made that salad should be ashamed of themselves. Oh my god this might be the most disgusting place I've ever been in in my life I just sat here for a half an hour watching these people make five or six sandwiches, one of the people behind the counter doesn't even have shoes on he's wearing flip-flops, neither one of them took off or changed their gloves at all the entirety of the time that I was there touching everything in the place from the bathroom to the chicken to the register themselves money everything never changed the glove not once literally the most disgusting thing I think I've ever seen.
