So here is the situation. I arrived at this establishment earlier today to get lunch for me and my homies, I walked into the main door and walked to the counter where a small man took my order, I purchased a 20 pc mcnug, 3 large fries, a number 9 PLAIN, 2 mc-chickens, and 2 cheeseburgers, 1 medium beverage and 1 medium fry. I had 3 receipts in my hand, I got each order I purchased for, and I checked each order to make sure things were legit. Every order I asked for was okay except the 20 pc mcnug and the number 9. For the 20 pc mcnug, I got ZERO of the barbeque sauces I asked for, and for the number 9, it was most definitely NOT plain. When I confronted the small woman who gave me my food I told her it was not right, she then continued to tell me that it was too bad and that she was not going to replace the number 9 I purchased. I argued a little bit and she finally accepted my tainted food and replaced it with the food I originally ordered, she then gave me back the food that was tainted, and told me to go. I am extremely upset over this ordeal because I have lost plenty of my street cred due to this problem. I now have to go see a counselor because of this terrible moment that occurred today. Read moreThe customer service at this McDonalds was extremely horrible. My wife and I visited this establishment on 7/4/2022 at 4:00pm. The cashier did not want to take our order telling us to utilize the kiosk for our ordering. I know that these kiosks save time especially when the store is busy. there was only one other customer in the building and they were already seated and eating. Finally after taking our order reluctantly the order was wrong and it cost more money for me to correct it. While eating our food another customer came in and received the same treatment he also complained about the treatment. All through these interactions the manager never stepped in to see what the commotion was about. Finally my wife requested to see the manager. The manager who stated his name as Brandon spoke to my wife and stated there is nothing for me to do about the employees attitude. My wife then stated that she would be reporting this incident to which Brandon stated go ahead I don't care. It is only the McDonald's name that must be keeping the store open as this particular staff working on 7/4 must have really been disgruntled for working on the holiday. Read moreI've used the mobile app a few times and had trouble with my last order. The order got lost into aether but my debit card was charged. Then I had to reorder my food, wasn't able to use the mobile coupon, and had to pay for the food again but at higher price because of the missing coupon. Now I have to wait for the transaction to post and dispute it with the bank. I'm not likely to use this app again especially if I'm unable to successfully dispute the transaction. The person at my local McDonald's was less than helpful but that has no bearing on the app itself. The recent orders function only shows what you ordered and the price but doesn't show which McDonald's the order was placed nor does it keep the order number for cross reference.

I am local and use the drive-thru more often than I should. Whenever it is busy, my order is usually missing at least 1 item. I'm tired of having to drive back to get my missing item.
